Energy Policy Recommendations

Provide federal matching funds to build US roundabouts at locations having the highest expected values. Limit mean costs to no more than $305,000 per roundabout.

Eliminate fuel economy rules (CAFE) for vehicles. 

Ban carbon offsets, cash-for-clunkers, cap-and-trade, and similar financial industry scams.

Create a nine cents per pound federal sales tax on motor vehicle fuels derived from fossil fuels. Increase the tax with the CPI plus one cent per pound each month for 22 years, then continue to increase with the CPI. Break off trade relations with any non-OPEC nation that does not enact similar or larger Pigouvian taxes on motor vehicle fossil fuels. Create a $21 per ton of carbon emissions negative externality tax on fossil fuel generated electricity from utilities. Increase the tax with the CPI plus three dollars each year for the next 26 years, then continue to increase with the CPI. Offset the regressive effect of this and other Pigouvian taxes by gradually eliminating the 15.3 percent payroll taxes on productive work, using taxes on negative externalities for Social Security and healthcare.

Slap escalating with prices taxes on imported fossil fuels costing greater than 31 percent more than the costs of production and transportation. Encourage other nations to do likewise, adding additional negative externality taxes on imports from nations that refuse.

Require non-nuclear ships and boats above 800 metric tons, docked in US ports, to go cold iron, except when enduring onshore electricity outages, planning to sail within 2.5 hours, and or testing engineering machinery.

Create electronic vouchers to energy inspect and weatherize utility using United States buildings not already inspected and or weatherized. 

Mail, with instructions, to every United States household: an Ambient Orb, Kill-A-Watt, electric mattress pad, mini power minder, and window bubble wrap for Christmas.

Ban NIMBY lawsuits and HOA regulations restricting the use of energy conservation practices and non-fossil fuel sources of energy, along with state and local government regulations doing the same.

Create a GPS air traffic control system.

Reform the Energy Star program to nearly eliminate energy savings fraud.

Repeal the Jones Act, requiring US built ships for domestic shipping. Eliminate the harbor maintenance tax on domestic shipping.

Approve the construction and use of well-designed, well-regulated fast breeder reactors and nuclear energy facilities.

Legalize the licensed adults only use of licensed four wheel vehicles not passing federal passenger safety standards on roads and private properties having speed limits under 26 miles per hour.

Repeal the 25 percent tariff on imported light trucks, the so-called chicken tax.

Require government buildings to avoid using air conditioning to cool spaces below 71 degrees and to avoid heating spaces above 68 degrees, except when sufficiently beneficial for scientific or medical or military or shelf life storage reasons.

Eliminate tariffs on non-fossil fuel energy equipment, including rechargeable batteries and other energy storage equipment.

Require new electric vehicles to have standardized connections to charging stations. Require charging stations to charge competitors' electric vehicle models.

Provide federal funds to construct additional freeway ramps when the overall benefits outweigh harms.

Prohibit state, local, and judicial entities from blocking energy relevant projects and policies approved by Congressional and or executive branch entities.

Repeal the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Repeal the misnamed Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.

Require mineral and fossil fuel extraction entities to create and sufficiently fund negative externality escrow accounts to pay for remediation of harmful leaks and land pollution caused by their activities.

Create mandatory minimum sentences of at least one day of hard labor for each $20 of harms caused by energy grid attacks, plus mandatory minimum lifetime hard labor sentences for energy grid attacks causing deaths, the same for attacks on energy grid equipment manufacturers and distributors, likewise for attacks on shipping, railroads, and trucking.

Enact these nuclear energy reforms.

Prohibit government entities from requiring vehicle purchases through dealerships and other middlemen.

Ban government entities from charging electric streetcar and cable car companies for street maintenance.

Prohibit government entities from blocking private construction of and or operation of energy projects having prior legal approval, except when new evidence beyond a reasonable doubt arises that such projects will cause at least three times as many harms as benefits.

Implement the Seams electrical grid policy conclusions.

Ban states from permanently closing rest areas. Auction empty land in large rest areas for gas stations and charging stations.

Pass the Atomic Energy Advancement Act.

Prohibit states from banning the sale, purchase, licensing, and registration of Federally approved hybrid and internal combustion engine vehicles obtaining at least 22 city and 28 highway miles per gallon. 

Prohibit states from banning the sale, purchase, licensing, and registration of Federally approved non-internal combustion engine vehicles.

Prohibit regulators from issuing command and control vehicle sales and purchase requirements by vehicle energy source type.

Prohibit tax expenditures for motor vehicle sales, rentals, and or purchases. 

Require proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the benefits of any government-funded charging station outweigh the costs before funding such construction.

Pass the Energy Permitting Reform Act of 2024. 

Amend the Energy Policy Act of 1992 to eliminate most of its provisions, except the toilet rules.

Move all federal motor vehicle manufacturing regulatory entities to the Department of Energy. Prohibit state motor vehicle manufacturing regulations.

Prohibit government entities from requiring environmental impact statements for new nuclear reactors using previous US proven safe or improved designs. Rely on environmental assessments instead. 

Pass an improved version of the Building American Energy Security Act of 2022, including removing parts contradicting this website.

Prohibit government entities from paying resource extracting entities to extract fewer resources.

Prohibit states and local governments from blanket banning federally approved electric motor vehicles weighing under 250 pounds.

Permit local governments to ban fossil fuel motor vehicles weighing more than 250 pounds on local government owned streets and sidewalks.

Prohibit energy suppliers from charging corporate customers less per unit of energy used than non-corporate customers.

Eliminate most government command and control mandates requiring private energy conservation.

Foreign Policy Recommendations

Vaccinate at least 98 percent of children worldwide for measles. Provide insecticide sprayed mosquito netting to at least 98 percent of individuals in malaria prone areas.

Bellagio Study Group: spend 2.5 billion dollars yearly for prevention and treatment of malaria worldwide, four billion dollars yearly for treatment of other childhood illnesses. 

Bjorn Lomborg: spend $60 million each year to provide micronutrients to 140 million undernourished children. 

Stop TB Partnership: provide DOTS tuberculosis treatment to almost all TB victims. Provide hepatitis B vaccinations to high risk individuals. Increase research for dengue fever prevention and treatment.

Ethically fund, oversee, regulate, and enforce a global plan to end tuberculosis by 2030.

Create a $4.1 billion fund to conduct bio-prospecting research and development of medically beneficial substances in biological hot-spots, provided any beneficial substances discovered during the prospecting enters the public domain.

Create coordinated import controls of imported oil, so prices do not skyrocket when glitches occur.

Prohibit US government foreign aid, except aid for illness prevention, medical treatment, anti-dysgenic family planning, and defense from current and or likely future aggression. Require such aid in goods and or services, not money. 

Require delivery of aid to relevant impoverished individuals, not gangs, oligarchs, government officials, and other likely free riding attempts, except military goods and services delivered to non-corrupt officials.

Ban all US state, local, and or federal government funded and or insured loans to foreign and or multinational entities. Prohibit US government entities from insuring and or bailing out entities holding bad loans from foreign and or multinational entities.

Prohibit US partnerships, US corporations, US insured entities, and multinational entities employing US citizens from making loans to foreign governments.

Prohibit imports from entities failing to meet at least the minimum ILO health and safety standards. Prohibit imports from entities failing to pay purchasing power parity adjusted minimum wages greater than half the US Federal minimum wage.
 
William Greider: eliminate parts of trade agreements with anything similar to NAFTA's Chapter 11.

Require Peace Corps employees to have beneficial, relevant ethical, scientific, and or technical expertise. Prohibit the Peace Corps from sending any US citizen abroad to perform low skill labor.

Break off trade relations with nations requiring death, imprisonment or corporal punishment for sexual preference status.

Ban any foreign and or multinational entity from suing any US entity for libel and or slander in any US court. Ban any US entity from upholding any foreign libel, slander, and or speech crimes against US entities.

Implement the Copenhagen Consensus 2012 prescriptions.

Replace many import bans from highly unethical global and foreign entities with large negative externality taxes on imports from those entities. Encourage US allies to do likewise.

Require strict oversight of all foreign aid.

Prohibit state, local, and Federal government employees from having romantic and sexual activities with non-US citizens.

Donate and administer 16 million malaria vaccinations per year.

Withdraw US funding for and membership in the club for oligarchal dictatorships, also known as the United Nations, including voluntary contributions, except activities with sufficiently high expected values, including anti-dysgenic policies and positive eugenic policies. Sell the UN building to private entities.

Ban donations of taxpayer money to NGOs engaging in political activism, except to foreign NGOs during wars declared by Congress.

Defund USAID political programs.

Increase funding for beneficial randomized, active controlled studies, using researchers with excellent knowledge, track records, and willingness to examine all relevant factors. Require publication of all such studies, to reduce publication bias. Increase funding for replication research of such studies.

Create a federally funded internet tube channel or site teaching antitrust, helpful technologies, ethical reasoning, anti-corruption tactics, positive practices to spread beneficial genes, health practices, dysgenics prevention, methods of democracy, and other beneficial subjects, having selectable subtitles in dozens of common languages, correctly defining eugenics as increasing the percentages of genes producing beneficial long-term ethical consequences, defining dysgenics as increasing the percentages of genes producing harmful long-term ethical consequences.

Conduct a randomized, active controlled study of copper alloy plated silverware to prevent dysentery and food poisoning. Do likewise for copper alloy plated plates. And again for copper alloy interior plated drinking water receptacles. Do a study of eating utensils heated to at least 165° Fahrenheit prior to eating. Do efficacy studies of differing methods of hand washing.

Ban the export of tobacco products. Ban the foreign sale of liquor and tobacco products using brand names originating in the US.

Prohibit current or former US corporations, nonprofits, millionaires, billionaires, and trillionaires from giving financial and or material assistance to primarily political foreign and or multinational entities.

Increase research on push-pull pest mitigation plants and practices.

Ban waste disposal of non-rag, non-hazardous, non-undergarment serviceable clothing. Require used, serviceable clothing, including footwear, to be sold or given to other entities, including international charities.

Increase incentives in the Priority Review Voucher program to increase development of cultural and medical interventions having high expected values but low profitability.

Pass the Desert Locust Control Act.

Prohibit US enforcement of non-compete, non-disclosure, and or non-solicitation agreements with private entities that operate in non-democratic countries and or in countries that block self-determination of non-aggressive groups.

Do not send envoys merely for posturing purposes when those envoys endanger the safety of individuals undeserving of such harms.

Prohibit secret investor-state dispute settlements. Require Congressional approval of dispute settlement arbitrators. Prohibit lawsuits seeking payments for profit losses caused by fiscal and or monetary policies. 

Withdraw from parts of treaties containing unethical claims.

Prohibit companies from countries opposing democracy, self-determination, and or basic workers' rights by non-aggressive entities from participating in US financial securities exchanges, along with companies from countries waging wars of aggression.

Prohibit exemptions to US labor, safety, and environmental regulations in so-called free trade zones.

Prohibit foreign and multinational donations to and purchases from nonprofit entities operating in the United States, except nonprofit entities devoted to providing food, housing, and healthcare to low income individuals.

Pass the Foreign Extortion Prevention Act.

Ban US government entities from constructing buildings in other countries having fewer than 8.5 equivalent air changes per hour, except emergency, ad hoc military buildings.

Sign an international agreement reducing corporate taxes in exchange for creating government non-voting, non-managing shares in corporations, thus reducing incentives for tax evasion and tax avoidance strategies.

Eliminate almost all tax avoidance de minimis loopholes on imported goods. Reduce the duty-free threshold on goods carried by international travelers from $800 to below $50. Prohibit tax exemptions on tobacco and drinking ethanol products.

Create an alternative to the World Trade Organization. Exclude China, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, and Sharia countries from membership. Exclude countries refusing repatriates. Withdraw from the World Trade Organization.

Prohibit tariffs on majority US owned business goods and services created within 1,250 miles of the 48 contiguous US states.

Prohibit US government entities from funding social science research outside the United States, except research directly relevant to US foreign policies and or international economics, including military policies.

Prohibit US government funded entities from paying ransoms and or extortion fees.

Recruit as many nations as able to sign an international treaty gradually phasing in progressive Pigouvian tax shifts, having automatic fines and or other sanctions on countries violating the treaty.

Prohibit US government funded terrorism and insurgencies, except  against declared enemies during wars declared by Congress.

Repeal the McCarran-Walter Act. Repeal the Hart-Celler Act. Repeal the Immigration Control and Reform Act of 1986.

Prohibit Federal foreign policy entities from practicing government paid domestic propaganda.

Remove important, hackable, unnecessarily connected to the internet assets from the internet.

Increase the corporate overall effective Global Intangible Low-Tax Income tax rate to 17 percent.

Prohibit government contractors, including parent companies and subsidiaries, from having annual net profit margins greater than 8.6 percent, except companies receiving annual individual waivers approved by at least two-thirds of Congress. 

Require contractors to keep accurate records of costs and revenue, subject to surprise inspections by relevant government entities of all their business activities.

Eliminate offshore research and development tax avoidance and tax evasion incentives.

Prohibit non-citizens from executive positions in US businesses and US-based multinational businesses.

Prohibit non-citizens from controlling and or owning voting shares in US businesses and US-based multinational businesses.

Make the national median annual household income the maximum annual salary for government employees, except elected officials and skilled government employees in fields having mean private sector salaries above the national median household income. To reduce free riding incentives, make the median national household income the maximum salary at USAID.

Withdraw from long-term ethical harm causing international agreements.

Withdraw from treaties involving refugees and asylum seekers. Repeal the 1980 Refugee Act. Repeal the Refugee and Migration Assistance Act. 

Repeal the Immigration and Nationality Act. Repeal the Immigration Act of 1990.

Repeal the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

Prohibit foreign entities, individuals born outside the United States, and hostile foreigner influenced multinational businesses from purchasing US dams, schools, utilities, farmland, pipelines, refineries, water rights, media entities, electrical plants, defense contractors, fuel tank farms, residential real estate, providers of secure government communications, and providers of essential government software, including voting and or controlling interest in such entities.

Amend the Trade Act of 1974 to remove language permitting presidents to unilaterally impose tariffs.

Require foreign entities contracting with the US Federal government to give partial ownership of their entities to the US Federal government in proportion to those contracts' sizes and profitabilities divided by those entities' book values.

Amend the Foreign Service Act of 1980 to remove most of Chapter 10, especially collective bargaining and labor organizations.

Require almost all foreign visitors to the US and its territories to have US government supplied visas permitting entry into the US, except decent to high character Canadians having at least 18-years of Canadian citizenship.

Require US operating multinational Internet service providers to cut service to regions engaging in high levels of Internet crimes. Require email, military, financial, and social media websites to block access from regions engaging in high levels of Internet crimes.

Prohibit current and former State Department employees from receiving gifts, loans, grants, and or remuneration from foreign and or multinational entities exceeding $16 per year, except retirement benefits earned prior to employment at the State Department.

Prohibit state, local, and or federal entities from investing in foreign corporations.

Prohibit state, local, and or federal entities from investing in businesses having more than 16 percent of their employees outside the United States.

Prohibit state, local, and or federal entities from funding foreign entities in countries having single individual or single party rule.

Prohibit elected officials and political appointees, along with their first and second degree relatives, from receiving gifts, loans, and or remuneration from foreign and or multinational entities exceeding $16 per year, except retirement benefits earned prior to elected officials and political appointees taking their positions.

Ban US government assistance to foreign schools and or to US students attending foreign schools, except to US citizen students attending US government accredited human medical field or veterinary field schools, costing less than a quarter of similar US schools.

Allow private companies and individuals to deliver all forms of mail.

Require at least 40 percent of government funded and or provisioned food bank food given by weight to be from legumes, not counting lentils, green beans, yellow split peas, and added sugar legumes.

Prohibit sales, excise, tariff, property, advertising, gross receipts, and or value-added taxes on fans, vents, seeds,  condoms, legumes, diapers, strollers, pacifiers, insulation, toothbrushes, N95 masks, dental floss, hand grips, child care, dance pads, wrist weights, boric acid, interior paints, exterior paints, plumbing supplies, roofing materials, building siding materials, building wiring materials, residential rents, exercise bands, exercise tubes, nicotine gum, hard orthotics, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, fallout shelters, car seats, cribs, bassinets, jumpers, baby gates, highchairs, breast pumps, nursing pads, infant formula, baby bottles, mattress covers, reading glasses, rechargeable batteries, adjustable seat stationary bicycles, replacement windows, lead-free ammunition, door security devices, window security devices, prescription eyeglasses, prescription pharmaceuticals, insulation installations, air filtration equipment, non-motorized yard and garden equipment, menstrual hygiene products, psyllium husk fiber, prescription medical devices, aerobic exercise video games, used goods sold by non-corporations and not subject to negative externality taxes, commercial rents under $5,000 per month, greater than $10,000 industrial machinery, new tires when an identical number of old tires have been returned for proper disposal, unprepared and prepared foods containing fewer than 12 percent of their calories from meat and harmful carbs, greater than 29 SPF sunscreens, greater than 98 percent of UV blocking window tinting, greater than 99 percent of UV blocking glasses, greater than 98 percent of UV blocking hats larger than two square feet, Aeron style or better chairs under $800, athletic shoes under $80, along with cob, mudbrick, earthbag, earthship, straw bale, earth block, rammed earth, and fiberglass building materials.

Prohibit schools and employers from requiring heel heights for students and or employees. Prohibit schools and employers from requiring students and or employees to wear any sole except slip-resistant.

Prohibit schools and employers from requiring students and or employees to wear painfully binding clothing for taste, aesthetic, sadistic, and or appeal to tradition reasons.

Eliminate federal grants to local government entities failing to reign in  non-farm crowing roosters and barking outdoor dogs.
 
Prohibit sales, excise, and value-added taxes on medically beneficial services and medically beneficial pharmaceuticals costing under 50 cents per dose.

Ban government entities from requiring funeral directors after deaths. Ban government entities from requiring cremations or burials of miscarriages and aborted fetuses. Ban government entities from requiring burial caskets. Ban government entities from requiring that ocean scattered cremated remains be scattered any specific distance from shore. Ban government entities from banning home property burials, provided next-of-kin sign legal statements agreeing that they have no legal rights to visit the burial sites should the property be obtained by entities not willing to grant access. Ban cemeteries from requiring customers to buy markers or headstones from only them.

Repeal the Passenger Vessels Services Act.

Ban government entities from purchasing advertising on media entities containing political content.

Prohibit child support requirements from non-biological and non-legally adopted alleged parents of children. Permit anyone accused of being the biological parent of a child to obtain DNA evidence proving parenthood or non-parenthood.

Require that at least 97 percent of state and federal goods purchases by price be at least 95 percent manufactured in the US, except during pandemic national emergencies or wars consuming at least 40 percent of GDP, beginning 44 months after passage of this law.

Ban chiropracty and acupuncture.

Ban phase I, II, and III trials from charging study participants.

Require Internet transactions to pay the same sales, excise, and value-added taxes as other transactions. Pass a net neutrality law.

Prevent operating system providers from restricting customer chosen use of non-malware third party applications.

Repeal Section 1021 and Section 1022 from the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act.

Ban entities convicted of wage theft from government contracts.

Prohibit government entities from requiring running water in homes worth under $80,000, provided such homes have rain barrels or tanks with combined storage greater than 200 gallons per person living in the households.

Require all law enforcement officials to take an annual oath stating it is not illegal to audio or video record the public behaviors of law enforcement officials and that they will not arrest or prosecute anyone for audio or video recording public activities, and that they will not confiscate those audio or video recordings. Withhold federal funds to any state or local government that concocts laws banning the recording of any public activities.

Do not enforce federal laws on the distribution and possession of laughing gas and alkyl nitrites in states that have decriminalized these substances.

Prohibit face and body exposing interviews for Federal government jobs, except in the Department of Defense and Department of Justice.

Prohibit laws restricting the use of skills, character, and or cognitive testing by schools and employers.

Expand 18 USC 610 to include the coercion or commanding or intimidation of private sector, state government, and local government employees to have or not have specific political views, not including any claim to employment based on having political views differing from employers.

Grant any citizen significantly harmed by a monopoly or oligopoly the right the launch antitrust lawsuits.

Pass the Community Access Preservation Act of 2009 and The Local Community Radio Act. Ban media mergers and acquisitions involving media corporations having book values greater than $60 million. Prohibit all foreign entities from owning any US media entity that uses the US electromagnetic spectrum or has wires crossing US public lands.

Ban scroll increasing software updates without user opt-in.

Ban managers and employers from receiving any portion of tips given to other workers.

Pass the Open App Markets Act.

Require non-gated publicly owned parking lots and entities sending or receiving semi shipments to permit licensed semis and semi drivers to park and sleep overnight during non-working hours when available spaces exist, eliminating those entities' lawsuit liabilities for damages suffered by such drivers and semis. Create a $600 mandatory minimum littering fine at such locations.

Prohibit states from restricting judges' jury award changes.

Repeal all exemptions from libel and slander laws for all charities and corporations worth more than $24 million.

Randomly survey Lifeline phone participants. Prohibit companies having year-long user reported ratings below 2.8 on a zero to five scale from participating in the program.

Repeal the Hart–Cellar Act.

Pass the IG Independence and Empowerment Act.

Defund highway removal programs.

Strike investor state dispute settlements from trade agreements.

Prohibit purchasers of properties from being bound by restrictive covenants created by property sellers.

Prohibit government employees, former regulators, former political appointees, and former elected officials from non-disclosure agreements, including verbal non-disclosure agreements, except for classified information and attorney-client privileges. 

Make communicating a threat to whistleblowers by the targets of the whistleblowing a federal felony.

Prohibit states and local governments from regulating the amounts landlords charge for security deposits. Require new tenants to post photographic evidence of rental unit conditions to unalterable, date stamped internet sites.

Pass the Corporate Executive Accountability Act.

Require every publicly traded corporation to have at least one worker, elected by non-supervisory co-workers, on its board of directors.

Implement most of these reforms by Scott Amey, Sean Moulton, Geoff Wilson, Joanna Derman, and Joe Spielberger.

Ban US citizens and former citizens from donating to non-domestic politicians, political campaigns, and political NGOs.

Pass the Import Security and Fairness Act, closing the loophole permitting counterfeit imports and imports failing to pay fees, duties, and taxes.

Eliminate the misnamed Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Implement payment oversight reforms.

Ban current and former Federal elected officials and political appointees, along with their first degree relatives, including by marriage, from sitting on corporate and charitable boards.

Strengthen the Freedom of Information Act.

Pass the Freedom and Right to Emancipate from Exploitation Act, helping prevent advantage taking of adults having guardians.

Require providers of gift cards and under $100 balance remaining prepaid debit cards to return remaining balances to card bearers in cash upon bearer request. Prohibit gift cards and prepaid debit cards from having expiration dates. Prohibit fees on gift cards and prepaid debit cards.

Prohibit property theft by squatting.

Prohibit foreign and or multinational entities from donating to entities operating in the United States, except for food, housing, and healthcare donated to individuals below the top 10 percent in wealth or incomes.

Prohibit state and local taxes on non-alcohol foods served for takeout or outdoor dining.

Pass the 2022 CFO Vision Act and 2021 Administrative False Claims Act.

Ban anyone having a financial crime conviction, causing greater than $5,000 in harms, from political appointments and government elected positions. Ban CEOs, former CEOs, and corporate majority owners, who previously filed for personal or business bankruptcy, from political appointments and government elected positions. 

Prohibit foreign governments from suing US citizens having wealth under 9.4 million dollars in US courts. Prohibit foreign governments from suing non- multinational US organizations having book values under 19.1 million dollars in US courts.

Pass the Protection from Abusive Passengers Act. Permit airline pilots above 65 to continue piloting if they have overall health and cognitive functioning, including fluid reasoning, better than the median 60-year-old. Require such pilots to undergo annual tests for overall health and cognitive functioning.

Ban non-disclosure agreements involving government entities and government employees, except for sufficient physical safety and national security reasons.

Ban requiring building permits for structures under 100 square feet.

Pass the Allied Partnership and Port Modernization Act and the Incentivizing Expansion of US ports Act.

Prohibit age and or other non-paywall verification requirements for US citizens to read and publish political beliefs.

Prohibit white collar criminals, who caused at least $200,000 in harms, from prison early release programs.

Pass the Competitive Dollar for Jobs and Prosperity Act. Suspend "tax waivers on foreign government holdings of US financial assets in the" United States... "offset purchases of the foreign assets those countries found to be engaging in currency manipulation purchases known as countervailing currency intervention." Pass the Eliminating Global Market Distortions to Protect American Jobs Act.

Prohibit employers from requiring workers to kneel while working.

Prohibit business and foreign entity software from collecting and distributing users' geolocation data, except for 911 services and or when users click to opt in to only geolocation data specific questions.

Prohibit corporate user agreements from containing provisions violating state, local, and or federal laws.

Prohibit any entity from remotely turning on any US citizen electronic device without a court ordered warrant from a democratically elected US citizen judge.

Pass the Safe and Open Streets Act.

Prohibit private employers from demanding access to electronic devices owned by employees and contractors.

Require drivers to be paid hourly wages, reserving per mile remuneration for work caused costs on drivers' own vehicles.

Eliminate the HUD rule requiring 10-year battery life smoke detectors.

Eliminate requirements for floor carpet in government funded rental and owned buildings.

Pass the American Innovation and Choice Online Act.

Pass the American Innovation and R&D Competitiveness Act, permitting immediate expensing of research and development expenses.

Prohibit charging good samaritans with misdemeanor crimes when good samaritans were engaging in misdemeanor crimes when they acted to prevent likely unwanted deaths or serious injuries uncaused by the good samaritans.

Ban any individual from simultaneously sitting on the board of more than one corporation or charity.

Require public disclosure of health and social science research results funded by corporations and or taxpayers, except classified national security information. Prohibit contracts with scientists requiring scientists to hide health and social science research results, except classified national security research.

Pass the Delete Act regulating data brokers.

Pass the Meat and Poultry Special Investigator Act of 2022.

Ban race, ethnicity, and religion norming government and corporate employee performance evaluations.

Amend relevant laws to permit hiring entities to engage in so-called hiring discrimination against job candidates having religious and or secular creeds perceived as unethical by the hiring entities.

Require websites to permit users to block any tagging and or any feeding.

Prohibit states and local governments from regulating embryo screenings.

Pass the Preventing a Patronage System Act.

Ban the sale, purchase, and importation of guard dog, brachycephalic dog, and chronic pain prone dog breeds— including Rottweilers, pitbulls, and their mixes—except by military and law enforcement entities. Ban the sale, purchase, importation, and deliberate  breeding of dog breeds and mixed breeds causing more than ten human mauling deaths per decade, per 3.8 million breed population.

Ban the sale, purchase, and importation of dog breeds having mean adult weights greater than 60 pounds.

Ban the sale and purchase of the 14 dog breeds most likely to suffer heat stroke at counties and parishes having mean summer daytime highs greater than Milwaukee.

Prohibit local government regulations from restricting the capture and elimination of harmful wild and feral animals.

Prohibit zoning ordinances for fallout shelters.

Ban for-profit computer operating system corporations from selling software other than operating systems.

Require businesses to return positive balances to customers canceling services, regardless of scam language buried in user agreements.

Ban corporations from owning or leasing slaughterhouses; ban corporations from owning or leasing seafood or freshwater food processing facilities; require such ownership by sole proprietors or first degree relative partnerships, limiting owners to one such facility, banning subleasing.

Pass the Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act.

Ban publicly funded faculty and administrators from accepting non-school remuneration for speeches.

Ban political appointees and elected officials from making purchases worth over $2,000 for under 80 percent of market value.

Prohibit states and local governments from creating more and stricter regulations on self-driving motor vehicles than human driven motor vehicles.

Pass the Permitting Transparency and Accountability Act.

Prohibit motor vehicle insurance requirements on never driving, never had drivers' licenses family members. Make motor vehicle driving by such individuals a felony.

Ban political appointees and elected officials from selling objects and services for more than 120 percent of market value.

Require the central bank to make all its loan information public.

Prohibit states and local governments from requiring GMO labeling on GMO foods.

At the start of each presidential term, randomly select congresspersons to appoint one person to the White House Office of Legal Counsel, until filling the entire OLC staff. Fire unselected staff from the previous administration. Prohibit executive branch members from firing OLC staff. Require at least 60 percent Congressional vote to fire OLC staff. Require public publication of all non-classified OLC opinions.

Prohibit government entities from punishing individuals for harmlessly disposing of miscarriages.

Prohibit states and local governments from restricting the sheathed carry of machetes and hunting knives for hunting, gathering, gardening, landscaping, and self-defense purposes on open to the public sidewalks, in lawfully possessed vehicles, on possessor owned properties, on possessor rented properties, and on non-restricted public lands by adults having neither felony nor violent misdemeanor convictions.

Require government investigators to recuse themselves when investigations should investigate first, second or third degree relatives of investigators. Or current or former lovers or classmates of investigators. Or their employers or employees.

Ban corporations and government entities from redacting violations of US law. 

Ban government entities from redacting claims assigning ethical blame.

Ban any entity being non-labor boycotted, threatened with a non-labor boycott or threatened by extortion related criminal activities, from giving money, goods, services or employment to the entities threatening them or to other entities allied with the threatening entities.

Prohibit current and former elected officials and political appointees from signing non-disclosure agreements with businesses, except for sufficient national security or intellectual property protection reasons.

Prohibit zoning ordinances, except those prohibiting probable, sufficiently harmful noise violations, street parking violations, safety violations, pollution violations and or mood altering drug violations.

Require government permit issuing entities to reach permit decisions within 60 days for housing construction and 150 days for other activities, reducing relevant government employee salaries 0.1 percent for each day of delay past 150.

Repeal all or parts of Comstock laws, not involving child exploitation.

Prohibit lawsuits based on anti-meritarian disparate impact assertions.

Prohibit states and local governments from requiring safety inspections more than once every two years and emissions inspections more than once every four years of under 16-year-old gasoline powered motor vehicles.

Pass the Sensitive Technologies Supply Chain Risk Management Act of 2022.

Prohibit any US elected official or foreign official from travel at least 25 percent likely to cause a traffic jam delaying at least 75 US citizen drivers more than ten minutes.

Require losing lawsuit defendants to pay only their proportion of fault, not the proportion of dead, insolvent or otherwise unobtainable defendants.

Ban for-profit door-to-door soliciting, except by neighbors owning or renting properties within 400 yards.

Ban for-donation door-to-door soliciting.

Ban telemarketing, except when a pre-existing financial relationship exists or prior in person meeting occurred.

Require all internet browsers to have easy-to-use, user controllable site blocking features.

Double the value added tax on new appliances and other household goods that connect to the internet.

Pass the Junk Fee Prevention Act.

Prohibit states and local governments from passing laws shielding businesses,  foreign entities, and non-profit entities from lawsuits.

Prohibit government regulations requiring backup cameras, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, automatic emergency calling, and electronic stability control in motor vehicles.

Ban differing taxes on properties based on length of time owned.

Pass these air travel reforms.

Ban public-private partnerships using government funds, except with manufacturers having all their blue collar employees in the United States and paying all their employees at least $15 per hour.

Pass the Right to Equitable and Professional Auto Industry Repair Act.

Prohibit employers and publicly funded schools from pressuring individuals to display partisan political insignia.

Amend the National Labor Relations Act  to include the well-reasoned claims of domestic laborers, agricultural laborers, and independent contractors.

Repeal the misnamed Civil Rights Act of 1991.

Prohibit government entities from blocking private construction projects  having prior legal approval, except when new evidence beyond a reasonable doubt arises that such projects will cause at least three times as many harms as benefits.

Prohibit government entities from paying business entities to produce fewer goods and services.

Void any portion of any private legal agreement giving away the right to sue for antitrust violations.

Emil Kierkegaard: require non-classified government-funded research to be open access, including code, data, and questionnaires. Make $100 the maximum publication fee for government-funded research, including private research partly funded by tax expenditures. 

Require individuals conducting non-classified government-funded research to disclose sources of their incomes, loans, and gifts exceeding $16 during the previous three years, along with the sources of any non-governmental research funding, except funds from first and second degree relatives, who have not received funds exceeding $16 from conflict of interest entities.

Prohibit panhandlers from stalking and or following their targets with follow-up requests or demands after individuals tell them no. Prohibit panhandlers from requesting or demanding money for unrequested goods and or services.

Require government funded research to publicly publish the names of everyone working on the research and their affiliations, except study participants.

Pass the Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act.

In the event that reforms similar to this website are not enacted, peacefully divide the United States into dozens of smaller countries, including countries where ethical reasoning prevails, rather than selfish, wishful, repetitive, group-think, self-satisfied, confirmation biased litmus test demagoguery.

Permit individual citizens to record all their personal phone conversations.

Prohibit politics based licensing of primarily readable media.

Make paternity DNA testing by presumed fathers legal everywhere.

Require all new video app containing devices sold in the US to permit video app deletion by device owners.

Prohibit suing and or charging parents with destruction of property for losing, confiscating, damaging or destroying the phones, televisions, and or computers of their custodial children.

Require airlines, passenger train entities, and passenger shipping companies to provide passengers with compensation for delayed and canceled departures, in proportion to delay times, not exceeding cost of tickets.

Pass the BARK Act of 2025, providing liability protections for good faith surplus pet supply donors, but expand it to include other good faith goods donors.

Eliminate government rules requiring backup cameras in new motor vehicles having backup beepers.

Prohibit employers and contractors from requiring job applicants to obtain and submit biometric identifications until such applicants have been offered jobs.

Prohibit resale price maintenance, meaning agreements requiring resellers to sell for prices dictated by manufacturers and or middlemen.

Require websites with direct message capabilities to permit user opt out from all direct messages and direct messages from specific entities.

Restore Biden executive order 14036, the Order Promoting Competition in the American Economy.

Prohibit lawsuits and or criminal sanctions for alleged epigenetic harms.

Ban lawsuits and or criminal sanctions for failure to provide closed captions, except videos produced by the IRS, CDC, and Congress.

Prohibit Federal entities from restraining private housing construction, except for beneficial health, labor, and financial regulation reasons.

Pass the Standardizing Permitting and Expediting Economic Development Act.

Prohibit government entities from making regulatory decisions based on information from artificial ignorance chatbots.

Prohibit non-government entities from fining taxpayer funded government entities.

Eliminate intellectual property trolling laws, rules, and guidelines causing overall harms outweighing benefits to citizens.

Pass most of the ROAD to Housing Act of 2025 but without the block grants, PRICE grants, pilot programs, opportunity zones prioritizations, and exclusions of veterans' disability benefits from income amounts.

Repeal the misnamed Fair Housing Act of 1968.

Education Recommendations

Provide Federal matching funds for voluntary summer school and after school programs having at least 24 students per class in typing, statistics, English style, English grammar, informal logic, home economics, strength training, interval training, consequentialist ethics, rule consequentialist ethics, and high worker demand vocational fields. Provide Federal matching funds for similar adult education classes. Charge adults $30 or less per class.

Require full-year public school students to attend a mean of at least 1150 hours in grades one through six, except during emergencies.

Create a $1.90 per semester hour federal self-study university, including grad school. Provide all study materials online for free, including documentary-style lectures, along with many file types of  textbooks and required readings, including e-reader file types. Require students to take in person tests, requiring biometric state photo ID or federal photo ID proof of self before enrolling and taking tests. Ban the university from charging students for services beyond tuition, transcripts, and graduation services. Ban the university from having intercollegiate sports. Demand the university take steps to ensure at least 45 percent of its graduates perform at least at the fortieth percentile on non-university professional exams. Implement an $88,000 maximum salary at the university for all individuals. Ban all professors from assigning any text costing the anyone more than $40. Maintain at least a 39 to one student to faculty ratio and 32 to one faculty to administrator ratio. Provide few humanities and social science classes, except logic and long-term consequentialist and rule consequentialist ethics. Create a similar Federal self-study secondary School.

Create hundreds of subject area tests similar to CLEP tests, except for laboratory classes, requiring baccalaureate granting publicly funded schools to give college credits to test takers scoring above the medians of students who have passed the courses and taken the subject tests within 30 days after finishing the courses. Require taking of CLEP and CLEP-like tests at test centers.

Eliminate government funded bilingual education programs.

Ban teacher evaluations based on student grades, student evaluations, and student test score results.

Require would be education majors to spend 280 clock hours substitute teaching at public schools having Hispanic or African-American majorities before their junior post-secondary year. Ban state rules requiring a specific number of college hours before substitute teaching.

Create a valid in every state federal teacher certification system, having an application fee of not more than $14.

Prohibit all schools receiving public funds, including tax entitlements, from requiring students to read from or listen to or recite from any religious text.

Eliminate government payments to the so-called Teach for America and other parasitic middlemen.

Prohibit government funding for for-profit schools. Prohibit government funding for any primary or secondary educational entity paying any non-physician more than twice the local median income per year. Prohibit government funding for religious schools.

Prohibit media company mergers and acquisitions exceeding $800,000.

Eliminate Hope Scholarships. (Hope scholarships encourage price gouging by colleges. They are unjust to those who do not go to college. College grads earn more over their lifetimes. They encourage people to attend college who would otherwise be doing better things with their lives. Many college degrees create no overall ethical benefits.)

Ban school specific lawsuits against teachers, K-12 schools, and school districts, except when assaults or physical injuries occur.

Require national end of course exams in all public school courses. Require that national exams be 15 percent of final grades. Test public school students in math and reading in the first, fourth, and eighth grades. Publish statistical reports of the performance of all schools.

Ban universities from requiring more than 120 semester hours or trimester equivalent for bachelor's degree programs.

Remove LCD and other glowing screens from public primary and secondary classrooms, except in computer and vocational classrooms.

During unplanned school closures, emphasize book, audio, and paper assignments much more than screen lessons.

Create advanced placement courses for songwriting, human genetics, public health, and copy editing, along with human anatomy and physiology. 

Pay students $500 in federal funds for each math, science, songwriting, and copy editing AP course they earn both a B or higher course end grade for and four or higher AP test score for, except social science courses. 

Permit homeschooled students to take AP tests. 

Require all publicly funded post-secondary schools to give at least four semester credits or trimester equivalent to students for each AP test they earn a four or five on.

Ban post-secondary schools from paying retirement benefits to current and former non-medical administrators and non-medical tenured professors as a bit of justice for their massive frauds against students and societies. Apply their pension funds to college loan debts of underemployed graduates.

Require publicly funded post-secondary schools to accept all earned credits from a transferring student or not admit the transferring student.

Provide federal funding for further research on:
  1. Know Your Body health ed programs at public primary schools but removing the self-esteem building parts of the programs.
  2. Life Skills Training or Project ALERT or both.
  3. Prenatal and Infancy Nurse Home Visitation Programs.
  4. GEARUP.
Ban government funded primary and secondary schools from having foreign language requirements. 

Prohibit post-secondary schools from having foreign language requirements for non-foreign language and non-international relations students.

Prohibit the Department of Defense from partnering with for-profit feature films and television.

Prohibit schools from charging mandatory student activities fees and similar fees.

Open non-medical licensing and licensing exams to individuals completing self-study courses.

Ban any publicly funded schooling institution from purchasing for students any textbook costing more than $40. Prohibit any publicly funded schooling institution from requiring the purchase by students of any textbook costing more than $40.

Pass the Stop Child Abuse in Residential Programs for Teens Act of 2009.

Require secondary schools and public vocational schools to teach marketable, in demand skills to non-college track students.

Eliminate government funding for secondary and post-secondary schools failing to grade solely on merit.

Require all publicly funded logic and ethics classes to teach these important principles of ethics:
  1. Pursue alternatives having sufficiently beneficial overall results or pursue least harmful alternatives in Hobson's choices, except in rare cases when combinations of rules and results outweigh only results.
  2. Make sufficient open-minded searches for good points.
  3. Weigh accurately the good points from all relevant sides against each other, regardless of irrelevant social and other pressures to reflexively reject some sides and give extra weight to preferred sides. Use something similar to the direct rating method for comparing good points from various sides.
  4. Treat fallacies as worthless to argument weight, not as strikes against an argument.
  5. Keep looking for more important problems.
  6. Treat ethical behavior as more important than all other traits combined.
Prohibit publicly funded entities from requiring textbooks prescribing the appeal to pity fallacy (argumentum misericordiam) and or other fallacious fallacies, especially unclear and unspecific fallacies, including failing to distinguish when pity is relevant or irrelevant to an issue. This includes other irrelevancy types better off labeled as general irrelevancies.

Create an $9,900 annual school year voucher for parents homeschooling children from their sixth birthday until their fourteenth, including schooling done in the homes of friends and other community members, provided such children score in the top half of their age groups on required year end standardized academic tests, excluding students having down syndrome, closed head injuries, and other large, easily identifiable cognitive deficits from such tests. Prorate the voucher for children spending less than the full school year being homeschooled. Create a $3,800 per year homeschool voucher from the day after their fourteenth birthday to their seventeenth birthday.

Prohibit any public post-secondary school from naming any object in honor of their athletes or administrators they employed in the past 50 years.

Implement a 9.9 percent annual wealth tax on non-profit and school endowments.

Prohibit secondary and post-secondary education for prisoners, except vocational education.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from funding political entities.

Require public secondary schools to provide healthy students with one class hour each year of lower body strength training and interval training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, upper body training and health education on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with upper body homework on Saturdays. Include at least three class hours of epidemiology per year with the health lessons.

In addition to the above health and physical education classes, require the following courses for public high school graduation beginning four years from now: half year each of grammar, biology, statistics, anti-corruption, anti-oligarchy, and home economics, plus at least one year of informal logic, long-term consequentialist, and rule consequentialist ethics. Require the statistics course to include at least two weeks of ethically risk neutral personal finance. Prioritize genetics in the biology class. Make other high school courses electives.

Switch medical school training to six years with no undergrad requirements, meaning most future physicians would enter medical school straight from high school. Likewise eliminate undergrad requirements for law, dental, veterinary, and physician assistant schooling. Eliminate most non-nursing class requirements to become registered nurses, making them three year programs. Permit obtaining law credentials through testing, self-study, and apprenticeships.

Require employers providing employee tuition assistance to provide similar non-tuition remuneration to other employees.

Give primary and secondary teachers the right to temporarily or permanently remove students from their classrooms. Ban dumping removed students on other teachers without the approval of such teachers. Require such students to drop out or serve in school suspensions.

Require mechanical typewriters for typing classes.

Ban mainstreaming of emotionally impaired students.

Require students to be in the academic top 25 percent in middle school grades or at least one academic standardized test to attend publicly funded college track post-primary schools.

Permit individuals above the age of 11 to earn and receive General Equivalency Diplomas.

Require standardized test proctoring by individuals unaffiliated with students taking the tests. Require non-public school primary and secondary students to take IQ tests. Require non-public school primary and secondary students, attending non-public schools for at least the previous 180 school days, scoring at least 20 percentile points lower than their IQ percentile positions on year end academic tests to return to public schools the next school year, except when graduating, dropping out or taking medical absences.

Repeal and or defund the Common Core Initiative, Bilingual Education Act, Race to the Top Initiative, No Child Left Behind Act, Every Student Succeeds Act, Elementary and Secondary Education Act, and Improving America's Schools Act of 1994.

Repeal the Higher Education Act of 1965, along with its amendments.

Eliminate public school kindergarten.

Permit individuals employed for more than 600 hours in the last 100 days to receive high school diplomas after completing tenth grade.

Require public schools to give academic letter or numerical grades for every student enrolled at least 60 days.

Ban each post-secondary school from continuing to offer a degree in a field when fewer than 70 percent of that school's working age graduates from that field find employment in that field.

Lower the age students may voluntarily drop out to 12. Require students dropping out before their eighteenth birthday to be employed at least 30 hours per week at least 44 weeks per year. Or perform community service or attend other schooling at least 30 hours per week at least 44 weeks per year.

Prohibit government entities from requiring school teachers to take additional fee charging post-secondary schooling beyond that required to obtain initial certificates.

Prohibit government entities from requiring school teachers to renew their certificates and or any other education credentials. 

Prohibit school entities from requiring job applicants and or interviewees to pay for background checks and biometric identifications.

Prohibit school entities from requiring fingerprints and or other biometric identifications until job seekers have been offered jobs with the school entities.

Ban public funded primary and secondary schools from paying graduate degree having teachers more because they have graduate degrees.

Permit national teaching licenses to associate degree citizen applicants having no felony arrests and no history of being fired by schools, who score in the top 30 percent of the NTE, along with having at least 280 clock hours substitute teaching.

Require the number of faculty at public post-secondary schools to out number the number of administrators paid more than the lowest paid faculty member by at least 38 to one, except in medical fields.

Prohibit public post-secondary schools from funding the political and or entertainment activities of students and administrators.

Ban individuals older than their 19th birthdays from starting a semester at public primary and secondary schools.

End government spending on foreign media.

Ban schools from accepting financial donations from foreign and multinational entities.

Prohibit employees of publicly owned post-secondary schools from receiving remuneration for advertising appearances.

Require all businesses moving employment outside the United States to pay at least 62 percent of costs for all local, state, and Federal trade adjustment assistance programs.

Eliminate government funding for causal attempt social science research that fails to make well-reasoned efforts to control for or tease out genetic factors where relevant.

Ban states and local governments from reducing mean class sizes below 21 students per classroom.

Ban schools from prohibiting students in the top seven percent in grades and or standardized test scores from choosing to skip grades.

Eliminate government consent decrees and disparate impact policies.

Prohibit political appointees and state governments from reducing
suspensions and overturning expulsions.

Prohibit post-secondary schools from charging more than 13 times the local median hourly wage per semester hour or trimester equivalent, seven times the local median hourly wage per semester hour for vocational schools and community colleges.

Prohibit for-profit post-secondary schools from accreditation by government funded entities.

Eliminate Public Service Loan Forgiveness for occupations other than primary and secondary school teaching, requiring at least 22 years employment in such teaching for forgiveness.

Prohibit publicly funded education entities from having political or religious loyalty requirements for students, including in applications, along with prohibiting giving weight to political or religious considerations in applications and graduations.

Require schools to counsel students having below the median grades in calculus I classes, along with ACT or SAT math test scores below the 94th percentile, to avoid majoring in math or engineering or physical sciences.

Prohibit corporations from purchasing, leasing or controlling housing on public post-secondary school properties.

Require public vocational and post-secondary schools to publish accurate data on employment prospects, median incomes, and employment rates of graduates in their fields of study.

Require all public and private post-secondary alternative medicine schooling entities to fire all employees and contractors, then shut down. Ban government funding for indigenous knowledge education.

Require post-secondary schools to website list their on campus arrests, the types of crimes alleged, and whether hazing occurred.

Train primary and secondary education teachers through no cost student teaching, substitute teaching, and an online teaching methods boot camp.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from giving honorary degrees.

Prohibit government entities from requiring post-secondary education credentials for daycare employees, except first aid and relevant child care courses for daycare employees not receiving such training in secondary schools.

Repeal the Disabilities Education Act.

Prohibit states from mandating preschool through grade 12 educational curricula.

Prohibit paying government funds to students and or their families for school attendance and or academic performance, except for adequate advanced placement grades and or test performance.

Prohibit government entities from giving weight to private accreditation entities and politics influenced accreditation, including for licensing. 

Prohibit student, government, and post-secondary entities from paying for post-secondary accreditation agencies, except in science, medical, engineering, and vocational fields.

Ban schools and government entities from funding lobbyists. 

Prohibit individual publicly funded elementary and secondary schools from paying their highest paid full-time teachers more than eight percent more than their lowest paid full-time teachers, excluding pay for extracurricular, summer school, driver education, and after school activities

Require new college and vocational students to serve at least an 80-hour internship in the field they plan to study before they start required classes within that major.

Prohibit individual publicly funded school districts from paying administrators greater than 45 percent more than the median salaries of their full time teachers.

Create rights for dissenting students and or parents to receive education vouchers for private schools or homeschooling when teachers, politicians, and or administrators at their nearest public K through 12 schools have political rules, rewards, punishments, and or litmus tests for students.

Prohibit government funding of for-profit schools, religious schools, and or schools paying any non-physicians greater than twice the median annual household income, including funding through vouchers and or student aid.

Require K-16 schools to pay for medical treatments resulting from student injuries acquired during school sponsored sports activities.

Require public school districts to reduce their percentages of administrators, adjusted for changes in student populations, to levels they had in 1990 or below.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from selling and or distributing processed meats and foods containing more than 14 percent of their calories from sugars.

Grant majority parental and guardian vote the right to break off their childrens' schools from existing school districts.

Ban state governments from making non-financial education laws, except when those laws have been approved by majorities of statewide voters.

Prohibit existing publicly funded post-secondary schools from constructing new buildings and stadiums, except to replace uninhabitable buildings and stadiums when the long-term costs of repairing uninhabitable buildings are greater than the long-term costs of new buildings. Ban additions to existing publicly funded post-secondary school buildings, except when new scientific and technical equipment require additions.

Ban government entities from race, ethnicity, and or religion norming grades, the same for licensing, certifications, and civil service testing. Prohibit accrediting entities from accrediting schools using these practices.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from having lower admissions standards for donors, athletes, legacy individuals,  school employees, and relatives of school employees. Define public funding to include government funded student grants, loans, and scholarships.

Require each post-secondary school to offer each required class for each degree program at least once per year.

Prohibit publicly funded post-secondary schools from having limits on class sizes. If administrators believe classes have too many students, then offer the classes more often.

Ban publicly funded secondary schools from teaching non-vocational technology courses.

Ban post-secondary schools from requiring humanities, social science, and natural science courses for students not majoring in the humanities, social sciences or natural sciences, except courses in informal logic, consequentialist ethics, and rule consequentialist ethics.

Require public universities to stop offering degrees in fields having fewer than a mean of 13 students in those fields' 300 and 400 level classes, except when receiving waivers for well-reasoned trade or national security reasons.

Ban employers from charging employees and 1099 recipients for training.

Require every college student, who has not passed informal logic,  consequentialist, and or rule consequentialist ethics courses in high school, to pass school or self-study courses of same before college graduation.

Ban publicly funded education entities from giving weight to student interviews for admissions.

Create a moratorium on viral genetics classes.

Implement a $16,220 per student, per class negative externalities tax on post-primary law, business, modeling, dietitian, phlebotomy, nutritionist, humanities, acupuncture, landscaping, cosmetology, social science, fashion design, insurance field, medical management, medical administration, alternative medicine, and so-called artificial intelligence classes at publicly funded schools, except music, logic, grammar, accounting, English style, anti-dysgenics, long-term consequentialist ethics, and rule consequentialist ethics, and risk neutral finance classes. Ban financial aid to students taking those subjects. Ban classes on how to influence political decision making with artificial intelligence at publicly funded schools.

Ban post-secondary schools from awarding degrees in general studies, multidisciplinary studies, and similar fields.

Require physical education teachers to pass an injury prevention course or written injury prevention test, focused on the prevention of soft tissue and hard tissue injuries during weightlifting and interval training.

Prohibit any post-secondary teacher from knowingly engaging in sexual activity with any student attending any school the teacher taught at in the past 180 days, except with a spouse.

Permanently ban from school property any older than their 12th birthday individual communicating a felony or misdemeanor threat to school workers or volunteers.

Ban from school property any older than their 12th birthday individual assaulting another individual on school property or in school vehicles.

Prohibit school funding based on grades, pass rates, retention rates, and or graduation rates.

Repeal the misnamed FUTURE Act.

Prohibit post-secondary schools from using student and taxpayer funds to pay athletic department lawsuit costs.

Prohibit students receiving athletic scholarships from receiving publicly funded grants and loans.

Make the national median annual household income the maximum annual salary for post-secondary school athletic department employees, except medical field employees.

Fund studies to compare the benefits and harms of many types of apprenticeship programs.

Ban school districts from merging, except to increase available AP and vocational classes.

Ban three-cueing reading programs at public schools.

Ban judges, administrators, and or elected officials from requiring ethnic, racial, and or religious history education at publicly funded schools.

Defund Upward Bound, Even Start Family Literacy Program, and 21st Century Community Learning Centers.

Require publicly funded secondary health and or sex education classes to teach teach chastity, anatomy, physiology, birth control, sexual health, assault avoidance, assault reporting, reproductive health, dysgenics prevention, and fertility, including fertility windows, plus the colossal benefits of eugenics and marriage to the ethical universe, especially to parents and children themselves.

Eliminate government funded programs to increase high-speed internet access. High-speed internet increases hedonism and other harmful activities.

Create a 185 percent of tuition costs  federal student loan program for US citizens in critical shortage fields at post-secondary schools having semester hour costs below the national median, excluding so-called social sciences and the humanities.

Prohibit publicly funded medical schools from accepting first-year students older than their 29th birthdays on the first day of classes, except students under age 41 having MCAT scores among the top five percent of MCAT takers.

Fund and conduct some ruthlessly accurate studies on how to instill a spirit of meritarian beneficence in citizens.

Fund a universal, public school provided lunch program, having no profit taking by the financial industry. Prohibit cafeteria workers from throwing away leftover unspoiled foods. Require donation of leftover unspoiled foods to students or charities. Prohibit serving celery and processed meats by schools.
Prohibit schools from serving foods containing more than 13 percent of their calories from sugars.

Prohibit publicly funded entities from paying more than $200 to guest speakers per speech.

Prohibit publicly funded entities from paying celebrities, billionaires, multi-millionaires, politicians, former politicians, political appointees, and or former political appointees for guest speeches, including travel and lodging expenses.

Prohibit secondary schools from requiring students to take more than one science class, except for students planning to major in math, science, engineering, and or medical fields. 

Prohibit high schools from requiring students to take more than one math class, except for students planning to major in relevant math, science, engineering, and or medical fields.

Prohibit high schools and post-secondary schools from requiring students to take English classes beyond grammar, vocabulary, and English style, except for students majoring in or planning to major in the humanities.

Prohibit publicly funded secondary schools from requiring students to take art, industrial technology, and or information technology courses.

Make the national median annual household income the maximum annual salary for administrators at publicly funded post-secondary schools, including funding through student grants and loans.

Provide Federal funding to pay talented musical artists working class wages for original and expired copyright, new lyric cover songs teaching beneficial, important, non-political academic subjects--including health, logic, statistics, home economics--using mnemic aids. Pay bonuses based on increased numbers of unique user streams and downloads. Prohibit copyrights on these new lyrics.

Eliminate government funded early childhood education classes for children without speech, sight, hearing, and or motor skills disabilities.

Prohibit secondary and post-secondary schools from requiring students to take more than one social studies or social science class, except for students majoring in or planning to major in the humanities and or social sciences.

Prohibit open book testing at publicly funded secondary and post-secondary schools, except when skill at finding information is the sole purpose of a test.

Prohibit publicly funded education entities from paying tutors with taxpayer funds.

Prohibit student accessible, publicly funded Wi-Fi at publicly funded primary and secondary schools. Prohibit Wi-Fi on publicly funded school buses.

Prohibit foreign students from receiving financial aid, including in-state tuition rates.

Permit 45 degree hack squats up to body weights.

Prohibit any arm pulling or torquing strength exercise in non-adult physical education classes and sports activities  without lifter fingers being able to wrap entirely or nearly entirely around a bar, rope, band, strap or handle.

Require non-adult participants in physical education and organized sports events to sign contracts stating they will immediately report any joint, head, neck, tendon, and or muscle pains to leadership individuals, then cease participation in activities likely to worsen or maintain the pains, at least until the pains alleviate and or they gain clearance from medical professionals.

Require non-adult participants in physical education and sports activities to sign contracts stating they will immediately report any unusual nausea, vomiting, joint locking, and or loss of consciousness to leadership individuals.

Permit individual school districts to democratically decide whether to require school uniforms.

Prohibit public primary and secondary school entities from replacing adequate school facilities when they falsely believe new and or high-tech schools will sufficiently improve cognitive and or well-being outcomes, including epistemic outcomes.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from spending money on zero-sum and or negative sum status competitions.

Prohibit existing publicly funded post-secondary schools having stagnant or declining enrollments from constructing new buildings, except when long-term costs to repair existing buildings exceed costs of replacement buildings.

Prohibit publicly funded school courses from giving more than five percent A grades, ten percent A- grades, 15 percent B+ grades, 15 percent B grades, and 15 percent B- minus grades. Prohibit grades above A. Create a similar system for publicly funded schools giving numerical grades.
