Environmental Policy Recommendations

Prohibit the application of for profit manufactured fertilizers containing more than 2.5 percent nitrogen and phosphorus to non-agricultural lands and impervious surfaces. Create a 170 percent worldwide negative externalities and sharing with distant generations sales tax on phosphorus ores. Prohibit the importation of phosphorus ore using products failing to pay the phosphorus tax.

Improve the annual mean PM2.5 air quality standard from 12 to 11 micrograms per cubic meter of air.

Implement a 100 percent excise tax on plantation raised cocoa products.

Add a 20 percent excise tax on the sale of non-synthetic diamonds, palm oil containing items, and organic products obtained from biological hot spots declared by Congress.

Increase the number of FDA inspectors and inspections by at least 35 percent.

Require one-year-old children residing for more than 90 days in buildings built before 1978 to have lead blood levels assessed within 190 days after their first birthdays. Create a web available national database of housing likely to have lead levels above EPA standards. Require for sale or for rent housing built before 1978 to have a laminated lead paint hazards notice posted on the indoor side of at least one door.

Create a $0.25 per pound negative externalities tax on imported motor vehicles from nations not having environmental laws at least as strict and fossil fuel taxes at least as large as the ones described herein, reducing the tax in proportion to domestically produced vehicle value.

Ban the burning of plastics, including trash containing more than 1.2 percent plastics by weight, except plastics burned during metal and battery recycling.

Require annual, federal, universal emissions inspections of diesel motor vehicles. Require diesel vehicles with faulty or missing emissions devices to have emissions devices repaired or reinstalled within 30 days of failed inspections. Revoke registrations of vehicles failing to fix emissions devices within 30 days.

Fine individuals knowingly tampering with vehicle emissions devices to increase pollution $1.50 per pound of vehicle tampered with.

Pass the Free Flow of Information Act.

Require catalytic converters on new fossil fuel driven lawn and garden engines. Ban the sale and use of internal combustion leaf blowers.

Create a 85 cents per pound of petroplastic tax on imported and domestically manufactured petroplastic materials. Ban petroplastics in teethers and cosmetics.

Ban the sale and possession of all species of caulerpa.

Require environmental laws to be in a language of overall benefit-harm rather than do no harm.

Ban logging on federally owned old-growth rain forests, except for overall ethical benefit. Ban clear cut logging on public lands, except beneficial ecosystems requiring catastrophic disturbances. Create a $0.25 per kilogram of wood tax on products derived from wood, made by corporations.

Require government entities to pay market value for new private lands declared wetlands or placed under endangered species restrictions.

Repeal the Superfund and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and it replace with better laws.

Enact legislation similar to the EU REACH initiative to test potentially dangerous substances.

Implement locally optimal water taxes in areas prone to water shortages.

Ban pet importation. Create and federally fund free clinics that sterilize and vaccinate pets. Ban alone chaining of pets.

Ban for profit entities from owning water utilities.

Ban forced molting, beak trimming, ear cropping, tail-docking, bass pair trawling, and all bottom trawling. Ban total confinement factories, the feeding of foods containing more than 1.1 percent animal protein to livestock, including farmed fish. Ban gestation crates and long-term crating or caging of livestock. Ban the sale of fish oil supplements and the extraction of fish for fish oil supplements.

Eliminate sales, excise, and value added taxes on synthetic stone jewelry containing neither gold nor other stones.

Ban appeals to nature, aesthetics, and tradition based laws, regulations, and lawsuits restricting the use of hydroelectric dams, nuclear plants, wind turbines, solar panels, solar plants, and geothermal plants.

Ban the sale and production of plastic microbeads.

Double the marginal value-added tax on clothing items costing more than $200.

Require livestock to be dead before skinning or carving. Punish violators with a $6,000 fine for each violation. Hire an adequate number of inspectors to enforce the law. Repeal the law that bans slaughtering of horses. Ban ownership of livestock by any entities other than domestic nonprofits, partnerships, private citizens, and sole proprietorships. 

Institute a federal ban on cockfighting, along with the sale and interstate transport of cockfighting equipment.

Ban the sale of veal, civitone, castoreum, and foie gras. Prohibit fur farming. Prohibit the importation of mammal furs. Prohibit the sale, export, import, and harvesting of fish, bird, reptile, and mammal parts for folk remedies not approved by the FDA.

Pass the Driftnet Modernization and Bycatch Reduction Act. Ban catch and release sport fishing.

Require states, local governments,  homeowner associations, and other construction regulators to approve physically safe cob, earthbag, straw bale, and other earthen or recycled materials in construction, waiving other code requirements (except safety, plumbing, garbage removal, and speed of construction requirements) for such construction when at least 70 percent of exterior wall square footage is built with such materials.

Eliminate codes limiting the use of 12 volt DC systems that are at least as safe as 120 volt systems.

Disallow all patents on seeds. Prohibit any company from controlling more than 20 percent of seed sales for any species having more than $30 million dollars in annual global seed sales.

Require all for sale packaged foods to list their countries of origin.

Ban sending bulk mail items containing more than 1.2 mg of plastics.

Ban mining and logging on public lands by any entities other than domestic non-profits, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. Eliminate government funds for the construction and maintenance of logging roads. Charge market rates for grazing on federal lands.

Prohibit vacation travel and lodging entities from advertising themselves as environmentally beneficial.

Sell the national gold reserves. Reasons: holding gold is a terrible investment. Government ownership creates incentives for more gold mining and resulting environmental destruction.

Permit the killing of harmful plants and wildlife up until the point where those species no longer cause overall harms.

Ban advertising for precious metals mined using sufficiently harmful methods.

Ban mountain top removal.

Increase the Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax by 60 percent.

Ban antibiotics in animal feed. Ban anti-microbial hand soaps, except in medical facilities. Require the Dutch search and destroy MRSA strategy. Require medical facilities to achieve at least 95 percent hand washing compliance. Create incentives for nations to stop selling antibiotics over the counter. Require food and health workers to keep their fingernails short. Prohibit ersatz fingernails on food and health workers. Ban the use of antibiotics in animals, except those with bacterial illnesses.

Prohibit corporations and foreign entities from having direct or indirect hunting, seafood, and freshwater food harvesting rights on and under government lands and waters, limiting such harvesting rights to recreation and sole proprietor businesses operating no more than one non-leased boat and one non-leased truck.

Pass the ACHE Act, banning mountain top destruction.

Require commercial buildings having central air conditioning in areas with mean summer temperatures above 69 degrees Fahrenheit, but not having a white or light metallic color roof, to pay a $1.05 per square foot of roof federal negative externalities fee once every nine years.

Prohibit the deliberate use of threatened and near threatened species in animal feed.

Ban restaurants from giving food to customers in single-use mostly plastic containers.

Prohibit plastics recycling until proven to produce more benefits than harms.

Create a $3.10 per kilogram negative externalities excise tax on coal tar based sealants.

Ban government entities from enacting size requirements on tiny houses larger than 60 square feet.

Prohibit local government entities from collecting leaves, except those deemed hazards to health or drainage.

Require each purchaser of each unfixed dog or cat to pay a $700 government deposit, to be returned if the purchaser provides proof of sterilization and recommended vaccinations within eight months.

Prohibit the sale, deliberate transfer, and deliberate breeding of buckthorn, Bradford pear, and Callery pear trees, along with other harmful non-food species. Prohibit the export and import of seeds and plants for ornamental reasons.

Prohibit celery added meats from being labeled uncured and or unprocessed.

Prohibit non-toilet paper products from being labeled flushable.

Combine carbon import taxes with export rebates.

Prohibit the application of herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers to non-edible landscaping, except to protect endangered species and ecosystems.

Replace the National Environmental Policy Act and Toxic Substances Control Act with well-reasoned legislation.

Prohibit states, lawsuits, and local governments from blocking energy pipeline construction.

Eliminate grandfather loopholes in pollution laws that permit older facilities to have worse pollution standards than newer facilities.

Prohibit the retail sale of unpasteurized milk.

Ban government entities from outsourcing reservations and appointments to fee charging private entities.

Prohibit the deliberate feeding of wild and feral animals, except state approved feeding and baiting practices by nuisance animal removers, licensed sports persons, and government wildlife management entities.

Require all new, non-military federal office building construction to be in areas having below the US median real estate prices and having air quality better than 60 percent of existing cities having populations above 50,000.

Create a 30 percent excise tax on candles and incense.

Implement a 20 percent excise tax for the next six years on diesel vans, SUVs, and pickups produced by manufacturers, who submitted fraudulent diesel emissions data to the federal government.

Ban states and local governments from restricting the sale, purchase, possession, and manufacture of lab grown meat and meat substitutes.

Make a $50 fine the maximum punishment for hunting or fishing designated harmful species without a license.

Ban retailers from selling pet rabbits.

Close the Halliburton loophole.

Prohibit the deliberate application of commercially produced herbicides and pesticides to non-food lawns, except to kill fire ants and other species listed by the federal government as sufficiently harmful.

Ban watering of government property grass lawns.

Ban the sale of new tires containing 6PPD-quinone four years from now.

Election Policy Recommendations

Campaign finance reform: Give US born, non-felon, non-government employee, non-government contractor employee, non-cryptocurrency owner, non-financial bailout recipient adult citizens $120 once every two years, to donate anonymously, electronically to campaigns of a) US political candidates having wealth and adjusted gross incomes below five times the national adult median, who do not belong to political parties and do not take annual donations above $800 from any entity or b) US political parties not taking annual donations greater than $800 from any single entity and have neither candidates nor employees having gross incomes greater than five times the national adult median and or wealth greater than five times the national mean adult wealth.

Banning elected officials and political appointees from owning financial investments, except US cash, savings accounts, and checking accounts

Require political campaign contributions to be anonymous and electronic.

Ban campaign contributions from corporations.

Remove the campaign contributions box from tax forms.

Ban individuals owning more than $50,000 of government contractors' financial instruments from making political donations.

Prohibit entities seeking and or receiving government contracts exceeding $50,000 per year from making political donations.

Prohibit any cryptocurrency owning entity, anywhere in the world, from donating to US political entities. Prohibit any entity having investments greater than $10,000 in foreign and or multinational entities from donating to US primarily political entities.

Prohibit individuals, who had greater than $10,000 invested in foreign and or multinational entities, from holding political offices and or political appointments.

Ban government entities from providing money and services for political party primaries.

Require presentation of state or federal photo identification for in person voting. 

Ban current and former military personnel above the 0-4 rank from Federal elected positions and Federal political appointments, except at the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs. Prohibit current and former intelligence entity employees from government elected positions and political appointments, except at intelligence agencies.

Require states and local governments to publish and distribute publicly funded voters' guides, describing issues and candidates for each public election, giving roughly equal space to each local candidate.

Require candidates for federal and state legislatures to publish at least 12 example bills they will introduce once elected at least 200 days before the next legislative election.

Ban counting of ballots mailed from outside the United States. Ban counting of ballots without postmarks. Ban ballot harvesting, the collection and delivery of ballots by third parties rather than voters and postal workers. Ban convicted felons from voting and from every political office.

Grant first choice of Congressional committee assignment to the representative having the smallest sum of a) political funds raised in the past two years, b) non-governmental income in the past five years, and c) funds spent on their most recent congressional election. Grant second choice of committee assignment to the representative having the second lowest, etc.

Prohibit individuals born outside US states and territories from making US political donations.

Require all elected officials to comply with restrictions on ownership of certain financial instruments and unethical acts prior to taking office.

Ban the disbursement of government funds to political parties, political campaigns, and political candidates--along with their first, second, and third degree relatives by biology and marriage--except as listed on this site.

Ban political donations to political parties, their employees, and their candidates between September 15th and July 15th.

Prohibit any US entity from donating more than $600 over a 60-year period to all organized foreign political entities combined, including donations disguised as sales or purchases or other transfers.

Ban government funding for political insignia, except current year government flags, uniforms, letterheads, publications, and vehicle identifiers.

Ban any individual's name from appearing more than once on a ballot.

Ban anyone with a history of mental illness hospitalization from running for political office.

Ban individuals who owed debts to foreign entities exceeding $3,600 in the past 60 years from political positions paying more per year than the local median annual household income per year.

Ban individuals who owed debts to foreign and or multinational entities exceeding $500,000 in the past 99 years from elected offices and or political appointments.

Ban mail-in voting, except during pandemic emergencies and or for individuals receiving monthly Federal payments for physical disabilities. Require mail-in ballots to be postmarked at least nine working days prior to election days.

Require ballot listed judicial and legislative candidates to have lived in the areas they plan to serve for at least a lifetime total of 12 years.

Ban entities from paying voters to vote or not vote.

Prohibit former employees of Federal intelligence agencies and their first degree relatives from holding Federal elected offices.

Prohibit political campaigns from transferring campaign contributions to entities employing, run by or owned by candidates--plus first, second, and third degree relatives of candidates.

Make 99 years hard labor the mandatory minimum sentence for illegal election fraud involving more than five ballots in a single election.

Broaden the definition of lobbying to include conversations with and gifts to elected politicians, political candidates, and political appointees from corporate and nonprofit executives and board members.

Require write-in candidate capable ballots for all government elected offices.

Ban individuals filing for bankruptcy, receiving student loan forgiveness, and or getting financial asset bailouts from elected offices and political appointments for the rest of their lives.

Ban chief decision makers of bankruptcy filing businesses and or bailout receiving businesses from elected offices and political appointments for the rest of their lives.

Prohibit members of government employee unions from elected offices and political appointments.

Require ballet listed candidates for legislatures, the presidency, and the vice presidency to pass multiple choice civil service exams in ethics,  macroeconomics, psychometrics, epidemiology, informal logic, human genetics, grand strategy, antitrust reasoning, and anti-corruption practices. Require similar exams for regulators. Examples of correct answers: 
  1. the probability of a fair coin landing heads three times in a row is 12.5 percent.
  2. Hamilton's Rule is irrelevant to most public policy issues. 
  3. The best conclusion on an issue has the greatest weight of good premises supporting it. 
  4. Fallacious premises should not be given weight for or against a conclusion. 
  5. A short-term, well targeted stimulus at least equal to seven percent of GDP should be the policy response to a shortfall in demand equaling seven percent of GDP. 
  6. Invoking envy is an irrelevant circumstantial ad hominem attack, except when envy itself is the issue being argued. 
  7. Intelligence is currently mostly a genetic correlation, plus a little for iodine supplementation, minus some for aging and brain injuries. 
  8. A reason why taxes on negative externalities are often better than command and control solutions is that politicians have terrible track records of picking future technologies and specific solutions. 
  9. The expected value of an outcome is the probability of an outcome times the value of the outcome. 
  10. Egoists take over groups. Altruism and mutualism survive because groups of altruists and mutualists splinter from groups being taken over by egoists. 
  11. Altruism towards some often causes greater overall harms to others, especially future generations. 
  12. Ethics should mostly focus on producing beneficial long-term consequences. 
  13. R naught varies with situations.
Require political appointees to the state and defense departments to pass multiple choice civil service exams on ethics, informal logic, military strategy, and grand strategy. Examples of correct answers: 
  1. achieving ethical political goals, while avoiding war, is better.
  2. Avoid situations where enemies easily destroy forces piecemeal and with overwhelming mass and destructiveness. 
  3. Sending a supply convoy to the Philippines on April 5, 1942 would have been an example of reinforcing defeat, negative expected value, and failure to ignore sunk costs.
  4. Minimize enemies. Better to fight enemies one at a time or not at all.
  5. Maximize positive expected value allies. Minimize negative expected value fake allies.
  6. Avoid tit-for-tat rhetorical grandstanding against foreign groups you have no worthwhile influence over.
Prohibit anyone employed as a violent mercenary from voting in US elections.

Prohibit elected officials and election candidates from using apps that auto delete text messages and or emails after reading.

Require winning candidates in judicial, legislative, and executive elections to quit other money earning activities, except interest earned by bank and credit union accounts, upon taking office.

Prohibit judges, jurors, and defendants, along with their first through third-degree relatives, from giving gifts to prosecutors and donations to the political campaigns of prosecutors.

Prohibit lawyers, plaintiffs, and defendants, along with their first through third-degree relatives, from giving gifts to judges and donations to the political campaigns of judges.

Prohibit candidates for political offices from running for more than one office at a time.

Eliminate straight-ticket check boxes from ballots.

Require judges to run as independents. Prohibit judges and judicial candidates from publicly endorsing political candidates other than themselves. Prohibit judges and judicial candidates from donating to political campaigns. Prohibit judges from knowingly hearing cases involving their first through fourth degree relatives, along with knowingly hearing cases involving plaintiffs and defendants the judges have socialized with for more than two minutes. Prohibit judges from making decisions based on religious rules during trials and hearings. Prohibit judges committing the acts in the previous two sentences from holding current and future elected offices.

Prohibit elected officials and political appointees from holding more than one office at a time.

Prohibit employees of and or investors in foreign and or multinational entities from voting in US elections.

Child Policy Recommendations

Require states to notify all adoption agencies within 200 miles of a child's foster home or last known parental home when parental custody rights have been terminated. Permit states to contact adoption agencies outside 200 miles at their discretion. After a child lives in foster care for more than a lifetime total of 150 days, terminate parental custody rights and let the child be adopted by the best available parents of similar race and culture.

Require employers having more than six employees to provide one day of fully paid maternity leave for each five days of job seniority, up to a maximum 125 days maternity leave per infant, to primary care giver employees of newborns or adopted infants under 85 days old.

Prohibit employers from hiring and firing on the basis of fertility or parental or guardian status. Or from otherwise punishing parents or guardians on the basis of their parental or guardian status.

Create a $5200 annual voucher or refundable tax credit for all American children age one second to their sixth birthday, living in one minor child families. Create a $5500 annual voucher or refundable tax credit for such children living in two minor child families. Create a $5800 annual voucher or refundable tax credit for such children living in three minor child families. Create a $6200 annual refundable voucher or tax credit for such children living in four minor child families. Create a $6600 annual voucher or refundable tax credit for such children living in five minor child families. Create a $7000 annual voucher or refundable tax credit for such children living in six or more minor child families. Split vouchers in cases of joint custody.

Create federal entities to administer and distribute all vouchers and credits described herein.

Create a new Federal entity to keep tabs on who has custody of every American child, to audit those claiming child related vouchers or credits, to ensure that no nonexistent or ineligible dependents are claimed, and to slash other forms of fraud.

Index all vouchers, credits, and other policies to inflation.

Give states latitude in deciding how to spend WIC money. Require all WIC recipients' children to receive any required vaccinations.

Create a universal nurse home visitor program similar to the Prenatal and Early Childhood Nurse Home Visitation Program.

Terminate parental contact for parents convicted of abuse or neglect. Permit contact when the child reaches adulthood at the discretion of the former child.

Separate visitation from child support. Keep the adoption tax credit and make it refundable or a voucher. Federalize child support. Hire private agencies to find dead-beat parents when other methods fail. Eliminate funding for corrupt, inefficient family preservation programs.

Automatically tax the gifts, inheritances, net income, and fringe benefits of noncustodial parents of minor children to provide child support. Create a federal parent locator service to assist in enforcement of child support. Require noncustodial parents not paying required child support to attend a program similar to Charles Ballard's. Require 47 hours of community service every time a parent gets behind more than an amount equal to one month's child support payment.

Require fertile parents or guardians convicted of child abuse or neglect or have had a child removed because of abuse or neglect for more than one month to undergo a mandatory vasectomy or tubal ligation.

Prohibit adults from coercing minors to kneel while cleaning, exercising, performing religious rituals, etc.

Require babies born drug addicted or with fetal alcohol syndrome to be immediately placed for adoption to the best available adopters of similar race, returned to birth mothers only if no decent adopting couples apply. Require such birth mothers to be surgically sterilized.

Provide simple government funded wedding ceremonies at government properties, performed by designated government employees or religious leaders, limited to 50 guests.

Ban tattooing of under 18-year-olds. Ban cosmetic surgeries on the butts, breasts, and genitals of under 18-year-olds, except burn patients. Ban cosmetic injections in under 18-year-olds.

Prohibit government contracting with search engine companies providing video games, sexually explicit materials, and spectator sports videos, requiring such search engines to be user deletable, including permanently deletable.

Prohibit the for-parent or guardian profit sale or use of their under age 16 children in videos and photographs.

Beginning 13 months from now, require new internet browsing electronic devices sold in the United States to come with an image and video incapable default browser, except maps.

Prohibit individuals under age 18 from signing up for non-email websites. Require websites to suspend accounts of users likely under age 18, requiring proof of age at least 18 for reinstatement. Ban lawsuits against websites for inadvertently suspending adult accounts.

Prohibit students from bringing smartphones into public school buildings.

Prohibit individuals from giving children supplements, except FDA approved vitamin and or mineral supplements. Prohibit individuals from giving non-emergency prescription treatments to children for off label usages when the treatments have not been prescribed.

Require investments of at least 20 percent of annual incomes above $4,000 earned by citizens under age 18 in Central Bank controlled index funds, not sellable until such citizens reach adulthood.

Prohibit baby bond programs.

Prohibit individuals under age 18 from having social media accounts, punishing social media corporations when their percentages of underage users exceed 2.3 percent.

Require any individual convicted of homicide, manslaughter, disabling assault or disabling negligence against a minor child custodial individual to pay child support to their victim or victim's custodial children until their victim's custodial children reach age 18 or until such disability heals.

Prohibit the sale of alcohol and tobacco smoking products to pregnant women.

Ethics Recommendations

Require court orders before prescribing drugs for only psychoactive purposes to minors for more than three days, except cases of seriously injured children given pain killers or life saving psychoactive drugs.

Prohibit government funding for political advocacy entities.

Prohibit US entities from arresting chief executives of nuclear weapons possessing countries outside of US borders.

Prohibit former elected officials from receiving political appointments to political appointee positions they created.

Prohibit state and federal political appointees from receiving income while serving their appointments, except government employee incomes and interest from bank and credit union accounts. 

Prohibit government employees and their first degree relatives from having bank accounts outside the United States.

Reduce the number of commissioners on the Federal Elections Commission to one, requiring commissioner election by nationwide vote every four years. Prohibit former paid lobbyists and paid members of political parties from serving on the Federal Elections Commission.

Pass the Repealing Existing Substandard Provisions Encouraging Conciliation with Tribes (RESPECT) Act, Food and Agribusiness Merger Moratorium, and Antitrust Review Act of 2019.

Pass HR 4018 of 2019, permitting non-violent elderly prisoners with good conduct credits to serve the remainders of their sentences at home. 

Pass the Innocent Party Protection Act, preventing lawyers from adding irrelevant local small businesses to lawsuits, thus changing lawsuit venues to more lawsuit friendly locations.

Prohibit current and former elected officials from receiving honorary degrees.

Ban former elected officials and political appointees from lobbying for life.

Ban former regulators, elected officials, political appointees, and State Department employees from corporate boards and nonprofit boards for life.

Prohibit former government regulators from management positions in industries they previously regulated.

Prohibit political appointees from political fundraising.

Require professional sports leagues to have no more than nine teams, requiring team locations within 800 miles of each other.

Require teenage murder defendants to be tried as adults. Require teenage treason, terrorism, espionage, and white collar crime defendants to also be tried as adults. 

Require employers to provide five minute restroom breaks at least once every three hours, more often for individuals with medically documented irritable bowel syndrome.

Require government election signatures to match government issued photo ID signatures.

Require each US corporation to incorporate in the state or territory having a plurality or majority of their workers. 

Require all corporations operating within the United States to disclose the full legal names of their beneficial owners and at least one state or federal accurate identification number of those owners, updating changes of ownership within 90 days, listing other legal entities that have legal control over the corporations, requiring fees to cover the costs of handling this information. Create a publicly available database of such information.

Prohibit any anonymously owned entity from engaging in financial transactions to, from, and within the United States.

Require producers of expiring patent drugs to provide samples of such drugs to generics manufacturers.

Prohibit from public office: individuals having non-bank account investments in foreign or multinational entities or entities selling goods or services to foreign entities.

Ban any US entity from serving as an honorary counsel or any other diplomatic position of any foreign entity.

Require owners of any corporation filing for bankruptcy to pay any unpaid non-executive wages out of their pockets in proportion to their ownership, including any sums for wage theft.

Prohibit foreign and multinational entities from paid advertising of financial instruments within the United States.

Prohibit criminal sentences or plea deals permitting defendants to avoid punishments by making donations to nonprofits or business entities.

Hire government lawyers and regulators for life, except government lawyers and regulators fired for ethical, criminal, and or performance misbehaviors. Prohibit current and former government lawyers and regulators from receiving gifts and or remuneration from non-government entities, except their less than $19 per hour pay from their US restaurant employers. Permit government lawyers and regulators to move among government jobs.

Prohibit individuals from government entities and contractors from holding positions in investigations of those same entities and contractors, except as consultants, witnesses, and whistleblowers.

Require all government entities to cooperate with relevant government investigative entities' investigations.

Make labor laws for teenagers match those for working age adults.

Prohibit corporate entities not strictly audited by strictly regulated auditors from being listed in stock listings.

Ban state, local, and Federal elected officials, having annual government salaries greater than the annual national median household income from personally soliciting campaign contributions, requiring campaign solicitations to be done by other individuals.

Ban United States government entities from enforcing foreign intellectual property claims based on foreign governments having longer intellectual property time durations than the United States.

Require all hired government job categories to have civil service exams and scores that will be accepted as equivalent to post-primary formal education credentials.

Charge current and former United States citizens and corporations a 2.5 percent annual, marginal assets tax on their net foreign assets exceeding $200,000 in value.

Create a felony conviction three-year mandatory minimum sentence for individuals having net worths greater than 10.5 million dollars at any moment in their lives or annual incomes greater than 1.6 million dollars.

Increase punishments for politically motivated road blockages, including felony unlawful detainment.

Prohibit former corporate executives from being employed by labor unions. Prohibit receivers of corporate or billionaire political donations from being employed by labor unions.

Require for-profit entities acquiring or merging with other entities to honor the pension obligations of each entity, clawing personal assets from executives when they break pension duties.

Prohibit elected officials from politically appointing their first, second, and third degree relatives.

Prohibit employers from requiring employees or potential employees to pay for any fingerprints, drug testing, background checks, medical treatments, and medical examinations requested by the employer.

Ban government loans, grants, bailouts, and or tax entitlements to corporations, except for well-reasoned trade deficit and or national security improving purposes to corporations having at least 94 percent of their employees and their contractors' employees living and working in the United States.

Prohibit employment and or education related lawsuits against entities for practicing relevant, mostly accurate standards.

Prohibit private entities from funding travel and or training for government regulators.

Prohibit labor union leaders from having gross annual remuneration more than twice the lowest paid full-time, full year member in their union.

Require employers to pay $0.58 per mile mileage to in person job interview candidates traveling more than 15 miles for an interview, measured from the address listed on a resume or application to the place of interview.

Eliminate time limits on taking back executive pay for misconduct.

Require sports organizations to suspend without remuneration participants injuring others by violating safety related rules for at least twice as long as the injured others remain unable to play.

Provide federally funded occupational licensing exams and self-study courses for all areas of occupational licensing, along with standards permitting licenses. Require states and local governments to grant licenses to individuals passing Federal occupational license exams and character standards.

Ban government funding to medical providers refusing to perform beneficial and or harm reducing medical acts for religious reasons.

Pass the Enhancing Geothermal Production on Federal Lands Act.

Prohibit government entities from hiring consulting firms for non-technology and non-natural science issues.

Eliminate government funding for NPR.

Prohibit remittances and foreign aid to lands sending migration to the United States, along with countries permitting migration through them to the United States.

Prohibit the importation of products labeled organic.

Require the five highest paid individuals in each Federal agency to publish the names of non-agency individuals they meet with on behalf of governance related activities.

Require buyer's cartel government purchases. Require government purchasers to choose the cheaper of identical items, except to meet domestic manufacturing content requirements.

Prohibit corporations, except farm loan granting entities, from owning more than 2.5 acres of land being farmed, except when a majority owner of the corporation and farmland works at least 20 hours per week during summer months at farming.

Prohibit corporations from having exclusive purchase contracts with farmers.

Add these railroad reforms.

Ban top five percent in wealth US citizens from renouncing their US citizenships and or acquiring foreign citizenships or foreign legal residencies. Prohibit them from living outside the United States for more than one month per year.

Prohibit federal staffers, appointees, and elected officials from receiving gifts or non-governmental remuneration exceeding $16, except below the inflation rate interest on savings and checking accounts.

Ban non-governmental employers from requiring individuals paid less than twice the median annual household income per year to sign non-compete agreements, except for congressionally approved national security work or for apprentice employees receiving at least 600 hours of employer paid training.

Prohibit all government entity slush funds.

Require inspectors general to be appointed by majority vote of existing inspectors general, along with majority house approval.

Fill temporary political appointment vacancies with the next highest ranking person in that government entity until legal approval of permanent replacement.

Require all government background check systems to notify ICE when anyone illegally in the United States applies for a government background check.

Ban labor law exemptions in US territories.

Ban government farm related payments to farmers and ex-farmers and ersatz farmers.

Require government contracts to choose well-reasoned mixes of cost and quality, along with lack of legal and illegal bribery, giving weight to contractors' past performances, plus consider results on wages, trade, security, and the environment.

Prohibit from signing non-classified non-disclosure agreements: all elected officials, political appointees, and government employees earning more than the median household income per year.

Require employers, who failed to pay required payroll taxes over the past 50 years, to pay minimum inflation adjusted fines of at least twice the  unpaid payroll taxes.

Require political appointees to recuse themselves when ethical duties of their jobs conflict with the direct financial interests of their appointers.

Prohibit internet service providers from blocking or slowing political websites.

Prohibit United States entities from investing in the financial instruments of African, Turkish, Russian, Kosovar, Albanian, Indonesian, South American, and continental Asian military firms.

Require judges, political appointees, and elected officials to adhere to similar codes of conduct.

Prohibit US entities from paid lobbying on behalf of foreign and multinational entities. Prohibit paid lobbying by foreign and multinational entities.

Require government entities to pay at least 92 percent of tobacco settlement funds equally and directly to non-smokers, defined as having smoked less than four ounces of tobacco in their lifetimes, having COPD or tobacco related lung cancers or both.

Raise the retirement age for government employees to 65.

Ban government employees from using their government workplace labor and physical goods for private business endeavors.

Ban individuals having registered lobbyist first and or second degree relatives from political appointments and from elected offices. Ban registered lobbyists from accepting either gifts or remuneration from foreign and multinational entities. Pass the Disclosing Foreign Influence Act. Prohibit current and or former registered lobbyists from political appointments and from elected offices.

For the purposes of regulations, define spouses, children, parents, siblings, half siblings, step parents, former spouses, sibling in-laws, sexual partners, adopted children, and former sexual partners as first degree relatives. Define nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and grandchildren, including those through marriage and adoption, as second degree relatives. Define great uncles, great aunts, grand nieces, grand nephews, and first cousins, including those through marriage and adoption, as third degree relatives.

Ban the use of government funds to pay awards and or settlements for crimes and or harms committed by government employees and former government employees. Require out of pocket payments for such awards and or settlements by guilty individuals.

Ban paroled and incarcerated individuals from donating more than $200 to all political entities combined per year.

Move the final in person voting day from a November Tuesday to a November Sunday.

Prohibit military recruiters from lying to recruits. Stopping bonuses to and promotions of repeat offenders.

Block porn sites from government owned computers, except law enforcement computers.

Pass the The Open, Public, Electronic, and Necessary (OPEN) Government Data Act.

Eliminate debt ceilings.

Ban from government appointment any  individual receiving more than $80,000 in any year from any company that obtains over 14 percent of its revenue from government contracts.

Implement a 300 percent VAT on low calorie and zero calorie fat and sugar substitutes.

Switch non-appointed, non-military, non-medical, non-emergency, non-law enforcement federal employees to staggered four day work weeks, with the same number of hours worked per week. Make four days a week, ten hours open the norm.

Fire or impeach most existing Federal elected officials and senior political appointees.

Require American English only driving tests.

Reform the Integrity Committee.

Prohibit congressperson participation in Congressional hearings when they have first, second or third degree relatives working for any entity testifying at the hearing.

Require that all companies receiving government contracts and purchases have U.S. residing American citizens for executives and that foreign shareholders own no more than eight percent of any government contract receiving company.

Require all federal agencies to evaluate and implement suggestions having the most overall benefit or least harm when no beneficial alternative exists. Offer $200 and a medal of patriotism to the first submitter of any specific suggestion implemented by the government that saves taxpayers $1000 or more. Make US military spending subject to a new internal affairs and accounting office, with management appointed by the president, with employees forbidden from ever receiving any direct or indirect gift or employment from any military contractor or any other military related employer. Restore PUHCA to reduce the power of utility oligopolies.

Require mothers and fathers giving birth out of wedlock, as found by DNA testing, to perform 400 hours of community service or agree to voluntary surgical sterilization, unless the biological mother was a surrogate or was impregnated by eugenic sperm bank.

Ban former Federal elected officials and Federal political appointees from receiving gifts or remuneration exceeding $16, except from savings accounts, checking accounts, Social Security, government employment, defined benefit retirement plans, and blue collar employment paying less than the median annual household income per year.

Require government and corporate employers to pay $0.50 to workers for every non-voice text or email they send to off-duty employees and subcontractors.

Ban former white collar employees from one or more of the Justice Department, the Treasury Department, the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Federal Reserve Board from receiving any gifts or payments exceeding $50 from any business having a market value greater than 2.7 million dollars.

Ban former state and local law enforcement employees from receiving any gifts or payments exceeding $50 from any business having a market value greater than 1.5 million dollars, located in the law enforcement jurisdictions where they were employed.

Ban current and former elected officials from sitting on non-profit and corporate boards.

Eliminate term limits on elected state and national legislators. Eliminate term limits on House committee chairs. Increase the number of house committees and subcommittees. Assign every member of the House to at least one committee or subcommittee.

Repeal regressive tax shifts since January 1, 1981, except taxes on negative externalities and other harms.

Ban boxing and other forms of sport fighting by individuals under age 19. Require organized sporting entities to pay the full costs of disabilities caused by participation in their sports.

Require anyone knowingly transmitting syphilis or gonorrhea to perform 400 hours of community service. If knowingly transmitting HIV, drug resistant gonorrhea or drug resistant syphilis, require 1500 hours.

Ban collection of child support payments from individuals nonconsensually cuckolded during marriage for those children born to their spouses or former spouses.

Ban laws from punishing anyone for so-called hate, so-called microaggressions, and or so-called implicit biases.

Increase the federal minimum wage at corporations to $12.70 per hour. Increase the federal minimum wage at non-corporate, non-governmental entities having more than 20 workers to $10.95 per hour. Count individuals receiving 1099s as workers for minimum wage purposes.

Pass the Cell Phone Empowerment Act.

Permanently end United States government contracting with Bain, Nike, Titan, CACI, Parsons, Facebook, Amazon, McKinsey, Blackwater, Haliburton/KBR, Goldman Sachs, Dyncorp International, Transatlantic Traders, JPMorgan Chase, and Chinese telecommunication firms. Ban their former and current CEOs from future government contracts.

Prohibit any corporation and its subsidiaries from owning more than two oil refineries. Break up any oil company that extracts more than 11 percent of domestic oil production.

Allow members of Congress at least 100 hours to read bills from the time bills are finalized until voting, except emergency measures. Require Congress to post bills online for at least 100 hours before voting, except emergency measures.

Ban executives of companies guilty of over-billing the government from government employment and from donating to political campaigns.

Bruce S. Jansson: Prohibit ex pentagon employees, military officers or both to work for companies receiving defense contracts or receiving gifts from companies receiving defense contracts. During times of war, require all defense contractors to pay no more than $41,000 per year to any employee or any other individual, which they will gladly accept because they are so patriotic. Require all retired military officers to take a 20 percent reduction in retirement pay during war, which they will also gladly accept because they are so patriotic. Close all loopholes that undermine competition for government contracts. Eliminate cost plus contracts. Create independent civilian boards to award and oversee military contracts. Prohibit former employees of defense contractors from working for the defense department (end of Jansson).

Permit males to prove non-paternity by DNA testing, and when proven, prevent the recording of their names on birth certificates.

Pass pass an affirmative action ethical consistency law, requiring corporations and government entities practicing affirmative action to keep their employee percentages of 104 to 109 IQ ethnoracial groups below 67 percent of those races percentages of the working age population, above 109 IQ  ethnoracial groups below 33 percent of those groups percentages of the working age population.

Require affirmative action supporting employees in industries causing overall harms--film, finance, software, advertising, newspapers, television, universities, lobbying, insurance, real estate, defense contracting, multi-level marketing, precious metals, spectator sports, monopoly dominated industries, and oligopoly dominated industries--from ethnoracial groups having mean IQs above 98 to give their jobs to citizens from below 91 mean IQ ethnoracial groups as logical consistency requires. 

Prohibit federal elected officials and their appointees from working for any lobbying organization at any time of their lives. Ban registered lobbyists and their first degree relatives from government employment for the remainders of their lives, except in military and medical fields.

Ban government entities from contracting consulting with firms having more than 30 employees.

Ban presidential signing statements.

Remove US politicians receiving contributions, gifts or bribes from foreign governments, individuals or organizations, disqualify them from any future political office, prohibit them from contacting any elected U.S. government official. Give all federal elected officials a cost of living allowance equal to the inflation rate every year the US corruption rating, using Transparency International methodology, is 9.4 or higher, a three percent inflation adjusted pay cut every year the score is between 7.9 and 9.4, a six percent pay cut every year it is below 7.9--on top of any increases or decreases passed by voters. Create an independent federal sting operation agency. Randomly select 40 percent of federal elected officials each year for a video and audio recorded attempted sting.

Prohibit government officials and their immediate families from receiving direct or indirect gifts or other payments exceeding $16 from any foreign entities.

Eliminate the OSC and replace it with a new, larger whistleblower agency, whose head is nominated and selected by a majority vote of the second largest party in the House. The agency head may be replaced by only majority vote of the second largest party or two-thirds vote of the House. Pass a law requiring independent audits of all federal agencies at regular intervals, with the intervals determined by well-reasoned cost-benefit arguments.

Award whistleblowers eight percent of corporate fraud fines and awards, up to a maximum of $8.5 million. Reconcile H.R. 985 and S.274, granting whistleblower protections.

Require all large public companies to be audited by accountants appointed by a presidentially appointed and congressionally approved official. Pay the accountants with only public funds and prohibit them from ever directly or indirectly receiving gifts or payments exceeding $16 from a company they audited or will audit or its representatives during their life times. Prohibit such accountants from joining labor unions. Base their pay on accuracy in reporting.

Tax financial instruments annually on a mark-to-market basis.

Ban individuals from adopting anyone over the age of 17.

Require new internal combustion vehicles to have alcohol detecting ignition interlocks.

Pass the Border Tunnel Prevention Act of 2011.

Pass a bill that deducts a percentage of payments to government contractors owing back taxes.

Prohibit permitless carry of concealed handguns.

Eliminate the IMF. Replace with nothing or an organization implementing the International Financial Institution Advisory Commission's prescriptions for reforming the IMF.

Use carrot and stick economic policies on most countries with a Freedom House score of 5.5 to seven, a one to seven scale with seven being the worst.

Legalize voluntary euthanasia for individuals having terminal or permanently disabling medical conditions after a 14-day waiting period.

Ban the sale of glowing screens to individuals under the age of 18.

Require a two-year all costs minimum warranty for all parts repairs, except those resulting from user misuse, on all new physical goods sold.

Pass the Stop Corporate Inversions Act of 2014, banning US corporations from reincorporating elsewhere to evade US laws.

Nine years from now require 100 percent of new aircraft and pharmaceuticals sold or imported into the US to have at least 56 percent local United States content manufacturing value added. Require the same for medical grade masks within 16 months. Require 100 percent of US military combat software to be 100 percent created in NATO nations, Australia, and New Zealand. Require at least 94 percent of military equipment to have at least 87 percent NATO manufacturing value added, except equipment obtained for testing or reverse engineering, granting waivers only when no plausible NATO manufacturer exists, stockpiling supplies of parts manufactured outside NATO. Eight years from now require at least 65 percent of government purchased RAM, microprocessors, and hard drives to be manufactured in the United States.

Ban the sale of internal combustion yard care equipment louder than 85 decibels at seven meters.

Create a 1.2 percent annual, marginal wealth tax on individuals and non profits having net worth above $88 million and a 1.9 percent annual, marginal wealth tax on individuals and non profits having net worth above $611 million.

Remove the names of the last 11 presidents from public roads and structures. Remove the names of federal judges serving in the past 60 years from public roads and structures. Remove the names of congresspersons serving in the last 35 years from public roads and structures.

Require private employers to permit union representatives to meet with employees on company property during non-work periods.

Repeal parts of laws containing the phrase least restrictive environment(s).

Prohibit government employees earning more than 160 percent of local median household income in government salaries from having other source annual incomes greater than their government salaries, except physicians earning more per year treating patients.

Require government entities to increase conviction punishments on repeat offenders for each similar or worse conviction.

Prohibit government funding for international athletic competitions. Prohibit government funding for individuals and teams competing in international athletic competitions.

Prohibit any current or former government employee from receiving any gift or remuneration exceeding $16 from any entity the government employee helped award a government contract exceeding $2,000.

Ban special purpose acquisition companies.

Eliminate the 14-day camping limit on federal and state lands each year that housing inflation exceeds the overall inflation rate.

Pass the Canadian Snowbirds Act and Eminent Domain Just Compensation Act.

Ban building government buildings having brutalist and postmodern architectural styles.

Triple the Obama tax on tanning machine use.

Pass the Modern Employment Reform, Improvement, and Transformation (MERIT) Act, streamlining the process for firing government employees.

Ban the sale of metal grill brushes and any other metal brushes advertised for use on grills.

Prohibit businesses with market capitalizations greater than 1.1 million times the median national per capita annual income from mergers and acquisitions.

Ban individuals with unclean hands and forearms from touching the genital areas of women giving birth.

Implement stricter anti-leak standards on bottles of bleach, ammonia, and detergents.

Create an incoming non-manufacturing foreign capital market access charge similar to this but without the competitiveness account.

Pass the Depression Side Effect Labeling Awareness Act, Stop Bad Employers by Zeroing Out Subsidies (Stop BEZOS) Act, Payment Integrity Information Act, Clean Up the Code Act, and the Settlement Agreement Information Database Act.

Prohibit government marriages by individuals under 18 to adults.

Legalize the sale of feral swine meat.

Repeal the misnamed Never Forget the Heroes Act and FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act

Require the production of all coins to cost less than the nominal values of the coins.

Education Recommendations

Provide Federal matching funds for summer school and after school programs in ethics, typing, statistics, English style, English grammar, informal logic, home economics, strength training, interval training, and vocational education.

Require full year public school students to attend a mean of at least 1150 hours in grades one through six, except during natural disasters or other emergencies.

Using federal funds, create a $1.90 per semester hour federal self-study university, including grad school. Provide all study materials online for free, including documentary-style lectures. Require students to take in person tests, requiring state photo ID or federal photo ID proof of self before taking tests. Ban the university from charging students for services beyond tuition, transcripts, and graduation services. Ban the university from having intercollegiate sports. Demand the university take steps to ensure at least 45 percent of its graduates perform at least at the fortieth percentile on non-university professional exams. Implement an $88,000 maximum salary at the university for all individuals. Ban all professors from assigning any text costing the anyone more than $40. Maintain at least a 39 to one student to faculty ratio and 32 to one faculty to administrator ratio. Provide few humanities and social science classes, except logic and long-term consequentialist ethics. 

Create hundreds of subject area tests similar to CLEP tests, except for laboratory classes, requiring baccalaureate granting publicly funded schools to give college credits to test takers scoring above the medians of students who have passed the courses and taken the subject tests within 30 days after finishing the courses. Require taking of CLEP and CLEP-like tests at test centers.

Eliminate government funded bilingual education programs.

Ban teacher evaluations based on student evaluations and test score results.

Require would be education majors to spend 280 clock hours substitute teaching at public schools having Hispanic or African-American majorities before their junior post-secondary year. Ban state rules requiring a specific number of college hours before substitute teaching.

Create a valid in every state federal teacher certification system, having an application fee of not more than $14.

Prohibit all schools receiving public funds, including tax entitlements, from requiring students to read from or listen to or recite from any religious text.

Eliminate government payments to the so-called Teach for America and other parasitic middlemen.

Prohibit government funding for for-profit schools. Prohibit government funding for any primary or secondary educational entity paying any non-physician more than twice the local median income per year. Prohibit government funding for religious schools.

Prohibit media company mergers and acquisitions exceeding $800,000.

Eliminate Hope Scholarships. (Hope scholarships encourage price gouging by colleges. They are unjust to those who do not go to college. College grads earn more over their lifetimes. They encourage people to attend college who would otherwise be doing better things with their lives. Many college degrees create no overall ethical benefits.)

Ban school specific lawsuits against teachers, K-12 schools, and school districts, except when assaults or physical injuries occur.

Require national end of course exams in all public school courses. Require that national exams be 15 percent of final grades. Test public school students in math and reading in the first, fourth, and eighth grades. Publish statistical reports of the performance of all schools.

Remove LCD and other glowing screens from public primary and secondary classrooms, except in computer and vocational classrooms.

During unplanned school closures, emphasize book, audio, and paper assignments much more than screen lessons.

Create advanced placement courses for songwriting, human genetics, public health, and copy editing, along with human anatomy and physiology. 

Pay students $500 in federal funds for each math, science, songwriting, and copy editing AP course they earn both a B or higher course end grade for and four or higher AP test score for, except social science courses. 

Permit homeschooled students to take AP tests. 

Require all publicly funded post-secondary schools to give at least four semester credits or trimester equivalent to students for each AP test they earn a four or five on.

Ban post-secondary schools from paying retirement benefits to current and former non-medical administrators and non-medical tenured professors as a bit of justice for their massive frauds against students and societies. Distribute their pension funds to underemployed, school debt having former students.

Require publicly funded post-secondary schools to accept all earned credits from a transferring student or not admit the transferring student.

Provide federal funding for further research on:
  1. Know Your Body health ed programs at public primary schools but removing the self-esteem building parts of the programs.
  2. Life Skills Training or Project ALERT or both.
  3. Prenatal and Infancy Nurse Home Visitation Programs.
  4. GEARUP.
Ban government funded primary and secondary schools from having foreign language requirements. Prohibit post-secondary schools from having foreign language requirements for non-foreign language and non-international relations students.

Prohibit the Department of Defense from partnering with for-profit feature films and television.

Prohibit schools from charging mandatory student activities fees and similar fees.

Open non-medical licensing and licensing exams to individuals completing self-study courses.

Ban any publicly funded schooling institution from purchasing for students any textbook costing more than $40. Prohibit any publicly funded schooling institution from requiring the purchase by students of any textbook costing more than $40.

Pass the Stop Child Abuse in Residential Programs for Teens Act of 2009.

Require secondary schools and public vocational schools to teach marketable, in demand skills to non-college track students.

Eliminate government funding for secondary and post-secondary schools failing to grade solely on merit.

Require all publicly funded logic and ethics classes to teach these important principles of ethics:
  1. Pursue alternatives having sufficiently beneficial overall results or pursue least harmful alternatives in Hobson's choices, except in rare cases when combinations of rules and results outweigh only results.
  2. Make sufficient open-minded searches for good points.
  3. Weigh accurately the good points from all relevant sides against each other, regardless of irrelevant social and other pressures to reflexively reject some sides and give extra weight to preferred sides. Use something similar to the direct rating method for comparing good points from various sides.
  4. Treat fallacies as worthless to argument weight, not as strikes against an argument.
  5. Keep looking for more important problems.
  6. Treat ethical behavior as more important than all other traits combined.
Create an $9,900 annual school year voucher for parents homeschooling children from their sixth birthday until their fourteenth, including schooling done in the homes of friends and other community members, provided such children score in the top half of their age groups on required year end standardized academic tests, excluding students having down syndrome, closed head injuries, and other large, easily identifiable cognitive deficits from such tests. Prorate the voucher for children spending less than the full school year being homeschooled. Create a $3,800 per year homeschool voucher from the day after their fourteenth birthday to their seventeenth birthday.

Prohibit any public post-secondary school from naming any object in honor of their athletes or administrators they employed in the past 50 years.

Implement a 99 percent annual wealth tax on non-vocational school endowments. Send the money to food banks, homeless shelters, pathogen fighting organizations, and individuals with hourly wages below 13 dollars per hour.

Prohibit secondary and post-secondary education to prisoners, except vocational education.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from funding political groups.

Require public secondary schools to provide healthy students with one class hour each year of lower body strength training and interval training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, upper body training and health education on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with upper body homework on Saturdays. Include at least three class hours of epidemiology per year with the health lessons.

Require the following courses for public high school graduation, in addition to the above health and physical education classes, beginning four years from now: half year each of grammar, biology, statistics, anti-corruption, anti-oligarchy, and home economics, plus one year each of informal logic and long-term consequentialist ethics. Require the statistics course to include at least two weeks of ethically risk neutral personal finance. Make other high school courses electives.

Switch medical school training to six years with no undergrad requirements, meaning most future physicians would enter medical school straight from high school. Likewise eliminate undergrad requirements for law, dental, veterinary, and physician assistant schooling. Eliminate most non-nursing class requirements to become registered nurses, making them three year programs. Also permit obtaining law credentials through testing, self-study, and apprenticeships.

Require employers providing employee tuition assistance to provide similar non-tuition remuneration to other employees.

Give primary and secondary teachers the right to temporarily or permanently remove students from their classrooms. Ban dumping removed students on other teachers without the approval of such teachers. Require such students to drop out or serve in school suspensions.

Require mechanical typewriters for typing classes.

Ban mainstreaming of emotionally impaired students.

Require students to be in the academic top 25 percent in middle school grades or at least one academic standardized test to attend publicly funded college track post-primary schools.

Permit individuals above the age of 11 to earn and receive General Equivalency Diplomas.

Require standardized test proctoring by individuals unaffiliated with students taking the tests. Require non-public school primary and secondary students to take IQ tests. Require non-public school primary and secondary students, attending non-public schools for at least the previous 180 school days, scoring at least 20 percentile points lower than their IQ percentile positions on year end academic tests to return to public schools the next school year, except when graduating, dropping out or taking medical absences.

Repeal Common Core, Race to the Top, Every Student Succeeds Act, Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Bilingual Education Act, and Improving America's Schools Act of 1994.

Eliminate public school kindergarten.

Permit individuals employed for more than 600 hours in the last 100 days to receive high school diplomas after completing tenth grade.

Require public schools to give academic letter or numerical grades for every student enrolled at least 60 days.

Ban each post-secondary school from continuing to offer a degree in a field when fewer than 70 percent of that school's working age graduates from that field find employment in that field.

Lower the age students may voluntarily drop out to 12. Require students dropping out before their eighteenth birthday to be employed at least 30 hours per week at least 44 weeks per year. Or perform community service or attend other schooling at least 30 hours per week at least 44 weeks per year.

Ban government entities from requiring master's or other advanced degrees for K-12 teachers and administrators.

Ban public funded primary and secondary schools from paying graduate degree having teachers more because they have graduate degrees.

Permit national teaching licenses to associate degree citizen applicants having no felony arrests and no history of being fired by schools, who score in the top 30 percent of the NTE, along with having at least 280 clock hours substitute teaching.

Require the number of faculty at public post-secondary schools to out number the number of administrators paid more than the lowest paid faculty member by at least 38 to one, except in medical fields.

Prohibit public post-secondary schools from funding the political and or entertainment activities of students and administrators.

Ban individuals older than their 19th birthdays from starting a semester at public primary and secondary schools.

End federal spending on foreign media.

Ban schools from accepting financial donations from foreign and multinational entities.

Prohibit employees of publicly owned post-secondary schools from receiving remuneration for advertising appearances.

Require all businesses moving employment outside the United States to pay at least 62 percent of costs for all local, state, and Federal trade adjustment assistance programs.

Eliminate government funding for causal attempt social science research that fails to make well-reasoned efforts to control for or tease out genetic factors where relevant.

Ban states and local governments from reducing mean class sizes below 21 students per classroom.

Ban schools from prohibiting students in the top seven percent in grades and or standardized test scores from choosing to skip grades.

Eliminate Federal consent decrees and disparate impact policies.

Prohibit political appointees and state governments from banning or minimizing suspensions and expulsions.

Prohibit post-secondary schools from charging more than 13 times the local median hourly wage per semester hour or trimester equivalent, seven times the local median hourly wage per semester hour for vocational schools and community colleges.

Eliminate Public Service Loan Forgiveness for occupations other than primary and secondary school teaching.

Prohibit publicly funded education entities from having political or religious loyalty requirements for students, including in applications, along with prohibiting giving weight to political or religious considerations in applications and graduations.

Require schools to counsel students having below the median grades in calculus I classes, along with ACT or SAT math test scores below the 94th percentile, to consider not majoring in math or engineering or physical sciences.

Prohibit corporations from purchasing, leasing or controlling housing on public post-secondary school properties.

Require public vocational and post-secondary schools to publish accurate data on employment prospects, median incomes, and employment rates of graduates in their fields of study.

Require all public and private post-secondary alternative medicine schooling entities to fire all employees and contractors, then shut down. Ban government funding for indigenous knowledge education.

Require post-secondary schools to website list their on campus arrests, the types of crimes alleged, and whether hazing occurred.

Require publicly funded in person post-secondary schools to fire all business, education, humanities, and social science employees and subcontractors, closing those schools and departments. Train primary and secondary education teachers through no cost student teaching, substitute teaching, and an online teaching methods boot camp.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from giving honorary degrees.

Prohibit government entities from requiring post-secondary education credentials for daycare employees, except first aid and relevant child care courses for daycare employees not receiving such training in secondary schools.

Repeal the Disabilities Education Act.

Prohibit states from mandating preschool through grade 12 educational curricula.

Prohibit student, government, and post-secondary entities from paying for post-secondary accreditation agencies, except in science, medical, engineering, and vocational fields.

Prohibit individual publicly funded elementary and secondary schools from paying their highest paid full-time teachers more than eight percent more than their lowest paid full-time teachers, excluding pay for extracurricular, summer school, driver education, and after school activities

Require new college and vocational students to serve at least an 80-hour internship in the field they plan to study before they start required classes within that major.

Prohibit individual publicly funded school districts from paying administrators greater than 45 percent more than the median salaries of their full time teachers.

Create rights for dissenting students and or parents to receive education vouchers for private schools or homeschooling when teachers, politicians, and or administrators at their nearest public K through 12 schools have political rules, rewards, punishments or litmus tests for students.

Require K-16 schools to pay for medical treatments resulting from student injuries acquired during school sponsored sports activities.

Require public school districts to reduce their percentages of administrators, adjusted for changes in student populations, to levels they had in 1990 or below.

Grant majority parental and guardian vote the right to break off their childrens' schools from existing school districts.

Ban state governments from making non-financial education laws, except when those laws have been approved by majorities of statewide voters.

Prohibit existing publicly funded post-secondary schools from constructing new buildings and stadiums, except to replace uninhabitable buildings and stadiums when the long-term costs of repairing uninhabitable buildings are greater than the long-term costs of new buildings. Ban additions to existing publicly funded post-secondary school buildings, except when new scientific and technical equipment require additions.

Prohibit public schooling entities from replacing habitable schools for fallacious rhetoric about improving academic achievement.

Ban government entities from race, ethnicity, and religion norming grades, the same for licensing, certifications, and civil service testing. Prohibit accrediting entities from accrediting schools using these practices.

Prohibit publicly funded schools from having lower admissions standards for donors, athletes, legacy individuals, and school employees, including their first degree relatives. Define public funding to include government funded student grants, loans, and scholarships.

Ban publicly funded secondary schools from teaching non-vocational technology courses.

Ban post-secondary schools from requiring humanities, social science, and natural science courses for students not majoring in the humanities, social sciences or natural sciences, except courses in informal logic and consequentialist ethics.

Require public universities to stop offering degrees in fields having fewer than a mean of 13 students in those fields' 300 and 400 level classes, except when receiving waivers for well-reasoned trade or national security reasons.

Ban employers from charging employees and 1099 recipients for training.

Require every college student, who has not passed informal logic and consequentialist ethics courses in high school, to pass school or self-study courses of same before college graduation.

Ban publicly funded education entities from giving weight to student interviews for admissions.

Create a moratorium on viral genetics classes.

Implement a $16,220 per student, per class negative externalities tax on post-primary law, business, dietitian, phlebotomy, nutritionist, humanities, acupuncture, landscaping, cosmetology, social science, fashion design, insurance field, medical management, medical administration, alternative medicine, and so-called artificial intelligence classes at publicly funded schools, except music, logic, grammar, accounting, English style, anti-dysgenics, long-term consequentialist ethics, and risk neutral finance classes. Ban financial aid to students taking those subjects. Ban classes on how to influence political decision making with artificial intelligence at publicly funded schools.

Ban post-secondary schools from awarding degrees in general studies, multidisciplinary studies, and similar fields.

Require physical education teachers to pass an injury prevention course or written injury prevention test, focused on the prevention of soft tissue and hard tissue injuries during weightlifting and interval training.

Prohibit any post-secondary teacher from knowingly and consensually engaging in sexual activity with any student, who attended any school the teacher taught at in the past 180 days, except with a spouse.

Ban from school property any older than their 12th birthday individual communicating a threat to school workers or volunteers.

Ban from school property any older than their 12th birthday individual assaulting another individual on school property or in school vehicles.

Repeal the FUTURE Act.

Prohibit post-secondary schools from using student and taxpayer funds to pay athletic department lawsuit costs.

Ban college student-athletes from receiving public funds at any post-secondary school where any athletic department employees receive salaries higher than the median salary of local full time, full year workers.

Fund studies to compare the benefits and harms of many types of apprenticeship programs.

Ban school districts from merging, except to increase available AP and vocational classes.

Ban three-cueing reading programs at public schools.

Ban states and local governments from requiring ethnic, racial, and or religious history education at publicly funded schools.

Defund Upward Bound, Even Start Family Literacy Program, and 21st Century Community Learning Centers.

Ban publicly funded sex education classes from teaching topics other than health, chastity, anatomy, physiology, 
birth control, assault avoidance, assault reporting, dysgenics prevention, and the benefits of marriage.

Eliminate government funded programs to increase high-speed internet access. (High-speed internet increases hedonism and other harmful activities.)

Create a 185 percent of tuition costs federal student loan program for US citizen engineering, vocational, computer science, and medical field students at schools having semester hour costs below the national mean, charging loan recipients annual interest equal to that earned by index funds per year.

Prohibit publicly funded secondary and post-secondary schools from giving more than five percent A grades, ten percent A- grades, 15 percent B+ grades, 15 percent B grades, and 15 percent B- minus grades.
