Federal evidence guidelines and Rules of Evidence Recommendations

Remove or replace irrelevant uses of the words convince and persuade, along with their synonyms, from laws and rules of evidence.

Permit objections to all forms of fallacious reasoning.

Require judicial admissibility of all argument weight deserving non-fallacious claims, no matter whether such claims violate laws and or guidelines.

Assume individual alternative medicine studies are junk science until proven otherwise.

Assume individual social science studies are junk science until proven otherwise.

Assume individuals having business, education, humanities, and or social science school credentials are non-experts in those fields until proven otherwise.

Set guidelines for the borderlines of small sample fallacies. Thus, a social social psychology lab study having a sample size of 14 will almost always be a small sample fallacy. All 14 participant patients being cured from near certain deaths is a sufficiently large medical study sample. Fourteen current national governments engaging in a evil behavior is a sufficiently large sample.

Prohibit US state and local rules of evidence from contradicting US Federal rules of evidence.

Prohibit non-democratic entities from ordering rules of evidence. Require rules of evidence to come from direct citizen vote or democratically elected legislatures.

Use von Winterfelt and Edwards' direct rating method to weigh the good points from relevant sides against each other in judicial and law enforcement decisions, giving no positive or negative argument weight to fallacious claims.

Prohibit self-authentification of sufficiently likely forgeries.

Replace unclear and or too unspecific criteria and attributes with clear and specific criteria and attributes. Replace "Can she lift 25 pounds?" with "Can she lift 25 pounds from her ankles to nine inches above her head 40 times over eight hours?" Or eliminate the question.

Seek context before before assuming contradictions in findings and conclusions. Having a self-reported anxiety level of nine one day, then zero two months later is not a contradiction if the individual took an anti-anxiety pill and three pain reliever pills on the second date but not the first.

Reform unclear, circular, jargonistic, manipulative, too broad, too narrow, too specific, and or too unspecific government definitions.

Require government entities to publish non-fallacious statistics.
